Location cannot be more central. I had a single room with shared bathroom and my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a small balcony. The shared bathroom was very clean and I didnt see any other people using it. The staff is very friendly, especially the guy from Ecuador.

I removed 1 point because the reception hours are not functional. If you check-in after 9pm, there is an extra fee.

I really liked the location of the accommodation. supermarket, subway, train station. everything very close. the staff was very nice.

it is worth investing in a room with its own shower because our roommates were gross. really disgusting. it was very hot in the room even through the fan. the dishes on the borrowing didn't look very nice either

The best thing about the place is its location as it is right outside the metro station . We stayed there for one night and due to its great proximity to metro , we were able to come back to our hotel even during the day as well to freshen up. We chose a shared bathroom and it was very clean . The room size is decent and carries all important amnesties. The lady host was very helpful and she came all the way up to 5th floor with us to show us the room and tell us about how to lock the door. We required cloth Iron from her and she was kind enough to provide us with that right away.

Nothing in particular. We could not plug in our mobile chargers in Milan because we did not have those small electric adaptors for the shoe. Usually the hotels have those and you can borrow from them but unfortunately it wasn't available and it took us quite some time to find those adaptor shoe. I would recommend all travellers to carry an international travel adaptor if you are travelling to different countries in Europe.

Lovely lady at the reception. She is very funny. Good spacious room for this price and 13 min walk from Milan Centrale. You can also store luggage there after checkout for €4 per luggage. Toilet/bath is shared by 3 rooms but it's very clean.

Very good location for a very good price. I booked early so I got it for less than 1/2 the price of comparable places. Metro station is right in front and the central station is 10 minutes away

The room didn’t have air conditioning so it was warm inside. We opened the windows but since the location is busy, it was very noisy at night, a lot of car honks and sirens

it’s a great combination of location and price, the rooms are spacious and kept well. The staff was helpful and kept in touch over email before check in.

since it’s an affordable option, there are some rules you have to follow. it’s a pity if your neighbors on the floor don’t follow those same rules: like smoking inside the room and keeping conversations quiet after 9 pm. you are getting a great deal, please respect your fellow travelers.

Nice room with comfortable beds. Check-in went smoothly, and the building/room was clean.

The shower wasn’t great. There clearly used to be a door which was replaced by a shower curtain, so it was really hard to shower without getting water everywhere.

Kilichs are very loud. It is not recommended to shower after 11pm, this caused some inconvenience as we were at a concert, we arrived late to the accommodation.

Coffee provided but no cups or glasses, just very small plastic ones. Far too many admin emails about registration, confirmation, check in, etc. Most were duplicated and unnecessary.
