The apartment is nice, on the ground level, only have to go up a couple of stairs. There's a mini fridge and a kitchenette, you have comfortable space to rearrange your luggage and everything. The host answered quickly and clarified each step for check in and everything.

My only problem was with the bathroom sink, the water wouldn't go down the drain, and dirtiness would come up from the drain instead.

The location is fantastic, with just a 2-minute walk to the central station and metro/tram stations, as well as the airport shuttle bus. The nearby supermarkets and cafes make it very convenient and comfortable.

The disappointing aspect was the cleanliness of the room; there were food stains and smudges, which left a poor first impression. However, I understand that the host hires a cleaning service, so they may not be doing their job well. A kind suggestion would be to check the apartment after the cleaning service has finished. Another issue is that the towels are not changed during the stay unless you pay an additional fee. Despite these issues, I would still recommend this place.

The location is excellent for tourist to stay there.

Please share a video with us for travel from Milan Central station to apartment as we faced an issue arrival at 10 PM on guidance on road was there to help us reach a spot which is just 3 min in walk. Cab drivers charged us 20 EURO to reach as we had 5 suitcases and it was raining badly, Just a video waling route guide would have helped us a lot. And regular room cleaning is also a necessity.

The location was great: close to the Central Railway Station and even closer to the airport shuttle bus. Easy to find and enter. Instructions were so detailed. Very spacious and nice to see a garden area. Small shops nearby and an excellent supermarket at the bottom level of Central Station. It's the first time I've stayed in an apartment by myself but felt very comfortable and safe in that vicinity. Close to 2 Metro Stations: Sondrio and Centrale

Quite a selection of Ikea items but all okay and in working order.

The location was close to the airport bus stop and the centrale station. We liked that washing machine is available and there was a mini kitchenette for us to boil water and have simple breakfast. There was a pull down bed for an extra person to stay which is nice to have if there are three persons staying

The heater in the toilet could not turn on so we were freezing in the toilet. The apartment is located in an old building as with all cities in Italy but apartment could do a little sprucing up for thr toilet and all will be good

Caring staff. Very clear instructions for checking in and getting room keys. Coffee, tea, other nice little things in the room. Ideal location. 5 minutes from the central station.

The location was perfect for our day trips from the train station, enough facilities for cook something, small fridge available, check-in and check out was very easy.

Air conditioning, it was right next to the train station.

The cleaner didn’t knock came in at 10:45 am when check out time is 11am and we haven’t left the room yet.
