We had a great stay at Residenza Delle Citta. The location is really convenient, we arrived from Zurich on the train and the hotel is only five minutes walk from the Centrale station. There are also metro stations within a few minutes walk and also a tram line. The metro will get you to the Duomo in under 10 minutes. Our room was quite large and decorated nicely with a kitchenette and fridge as well. Bed was very comfortable. Despite being very close to the city the area was very quiet. We couldn’t even hear traffic noise. You can help yourself to tea and coffee in the trendy lobby at any time and there fresh pastries to enjoy in the mornings too. There is a Carrefour express a few minutes walk away and a lovely looking neighbourhood pizzeria next to it. Unfortunately we didn’t eat there. There’s also an Asian restaurant close to the hotel and we were able to get a meal there late one night.

Lovely reception area with friendly, efficient and informative staff who greeted us. Great space for sitting and having a coffee from the fabulous espresso machine. There is also a water tap with still and sparking water. There was a nice glass carafe in the rooms for guests to fill with the filtered water and have in their rooms. I thought this was an excellent idea! Our room with small kitchenette was fabulous! Very spacious and also great bathroom. We loved it and only wish we had been able to stay for longer! We hope to return for a longer stay next year. The location is absolutely perfect if you are wanting to use Milano Centrale Station. Only a very short walk to the station however in a very nice, slightly quieter neighborhood that we felt safe in. There were also a number of restaurants/cafes that seemed more utilised by locals rather than tourists which was great. The staff recommended Dinky restaurant to us and it was exactly what we were looking for and only 150m from the hotel. Also, the property has an excellent laundry facility. I really can't find any faults whatsoever and highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel provides 24 seven espresso, cappuccino, water, carbonated water, and every morning has lovely croissants and pastries. The staff is knowledgeable. The room itself is comfortable and stylish. Good water, pressure, comfortable bed, good Security.

The area does not have a good choice of restaurants however, there is good public transit systems around. The front room, which we had, has all the street noise which can be distracting. However, the room is beautiful and has a sitting area a refrigerator along with a very comfortable bedroom and bath.

A variety of bread is provided in the morning, sometimes there were tarts as well. There is also coffee machine. So breakfast is settled easily everyday. There are also cans of water in fridge provided. There is also also washing machine with laundry pads provided each time at 3 euros, and also dryer also at 3 euros. This is very useful if you are traveling for 2 weeks in Europe. The location is OK, about 11 mins walk from Centrale station. If coming from Centrale with luggage, you can take Metro to Ciazzo where there is a escalator up. But there is no escalator down and only stairs is available at Ciazz. So leaving the hotel with luggage,, you can walk to Centrale station. Nevertheless, if not raining, I would just walk from Centrale to the apartment even with luggage as the difference walking from Ciazzo is just maybe 4mins faster. Some are going to ask whether it's safe. We walked back at night couple of times, sometimes from Loreto, sometimes from Ciazzo or Centrale. Although it's quiet below the apartment, it was safe and there is also a jap restaurant nearby besides Slay. So it should be fine if you are not back very late. Nearby there is also a Rimon pizza where the pizza and nice and cheap, you can eat there or take away to the hotel to eat where there is microwave to make hot. Downstairs 1 min walk away, there is a Slay illegal burger which is also nice and cheap. The room size is also spacious enough for 2 pax.

Stunning apartments near the train station, but located on a quiet street. We arrived after a long flight, very tired, and the receptionist kindly informed us that the room was ready, and to our great pleasure we were immediately checked in. Thank you so much for this gesture, it was very important to us! The apartment is beautiful, spacious, stylish, has everything you need! The bed is super comfortable, you sleep like in a cloud) There is always water and coffee available on the first floor, and cookies are placed next to the coffee machine in the morning. We really enjoyed everything, and we're looking forward to returning!

We liked absolutely everything.

We arrived outside of the check in hours but we were able to self check in very easily. Clear communication from the staff. Location is great. Quick 10 minutes walk to the Central Station. Right near the apartment is a lovely sushi place called Shibuya and a takeaway chicken sandwich shop called Slay. Totally worth a try. Also check out Mercato Centrale for some good eats. The apartment itself is very clean, the daily housekeeping service was lovely. Coffee and tea in the lobby, kettle and other necessities in the apartment are available. The balcony was lovely to sit and relax in after a long day. Wifi was good. Aircon worked well. Overall, we had a great stay.

The mattress was a bit too firm for us but the apartment is in a nice and quiet neighborhood so we managed to get some sleep. First night, we could smell a strong sewage smell for 5-6 hours. We informed the main desk. Smell didn't come back. We ensured that the bathroom door remained closed in case it was coming up from the drains.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment near Milano Centrale. The location is incredibly convenient—just about a 6-minute walk to the central train station, and there’s a tram nearby that takes you directly to the Duomo. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, especially for such a central area in Milan. It has everything you need: a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bathroom, and a comfortable bedroom. It really felt like a home away from home. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even offered us hot milk, coffee, and fresh bottled water. Their warmth made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan—great location, excellent amenities, and truly outstanding hospitality!

The room was extremely large and had a kitchenette and cute little balcony. Everything was perfectly clean and inviting. The foyer area generously offer station with free water, sparkling water and coffee! The washing, drying and gym facilities were also very useful. It’s not centrally located, but if you’re happy to explore the suburban streets and do some shopping, this is perfect for you! Also less than a 10 minute walk from the train station which is very convenient.

Highly Recommended! Great Location and Comfort We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, spacious, and stylish. We also had a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and dishes and a table for four which was super helpful during our stay. The bed was big and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary pastries, tea, coffee, and water, which were a nice touch. Though it’s a bit outside the historical center (about a 30-minute walk), we didn’t mind at all since it’s very close to metro station (10 min walk) and Centrale Station, making it easy to come and go. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for families, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. We highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, location, and thoughtful amenities!

The staff were always very kind and helpful and put their full attention to each question we had. The location was very close to Milan Central train station, a 10 minute easy walk. It is a pleasant walk from here to the Duomo and Milan old city , and also Città Studi , the university area although the metro is very close. No shortage of supermarkets and good restaurants to eat in. The welcoming entrance , free water, coffee and treats , the comfortable , inviting ,clean rooms made our total experience of Milan very special. Thank you.
