Property is on a very good place, directly to the metro station, in just 2 stops from duomo and 15 minutes walk from central station. The double room with shower was equipped very well and had all the amenities, also you can use kitchen equipped with everything. They don’t use the key, you enter in the building with the special code that is fantastic, same works with the room.

During check in we were asked for the city tax payment, while on the reservation is written that the price included all the taxes and charges. It has to be written

It was very neat and clean and was close to very good location. Would recommend my friends for this hostel. The staff was very kind and helpful.

My locker was not working.

The property was very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures (we had a private room with a private bathroom). The staff were great and they were very friendly and accommodating. They let us leave our luggage before we went out (because we arrived earlier than the check in time). The common places were clean and nice.

Considering we got the private room, the walls felt too thin. We could hear every single sound coming from the common areas. The dorm room was in front of ours and every time someone opened the door, their locker or even the entrance door to the hostel we could hear it. The only quiet time we got was from 2am till 7-7:30am. Also they started cleaning early in the morning which added a lot more to the noise The other thing was that the microwave was not working

The property was incredibly clean and the room was lovely. The bathrooms were also some of the cleanest and most spacious I have seen in a hostel. The property is very secure, with access to the building, the hostel, and your room each requiring a passcode.

I would just say as a solo female traveller the area freaked me out a bit. Lots of people loitering on the street outside the hostel. But the hostel itself is incredibly secure. There also isn’t a stovetop which caught me off guard as it says it has a kitchen. Also note the property is unstaffed the majority of the time, so there isn’t anyone to ask for help or to ask for suggestions on attractions to see or restaurants to visit, something I have personally come to rely on on my travels.

Loretto Metro is right outside the building. The room I stayed in had twin beds, yay, no bunks. They have a half wall privacy separation from the other beds. Loved the balcony which I could sit out on and watch traffic and pedestrians. Very quiet and zen like atmosphere. Every room was modern, simple, and extremely clean. The Host checking me in was very polite and kind. Super secure, especially if you're a single female because there are 3 security passes to enter the building and your room. Toilets are outside the room. 2euro for towel rental.

There isn't a common area to meet others but the private balcony en suite was all I needed to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. I'm not a fan of rain showers, prefer a wand or spout. I didn't see a refrigerator ? in the super clean kitchen. It did have some glass/dishware.

They checked me in early in the morning at once when I just came. They clear everything, bathrooms and kitchen are clean. The metro station is just a few steps from the hostel and the central railway station is about 20 min. of walk.

They need to hang hooks in the bathroom so one can hang towels and clothes. Also I was provided 3 different codes to enter the building, hostel itself and the room. When I came back in the evening I couldn't find the paper with the codes so I called and they of course let me come in. Probably it’s better to give 1 code for everything not to get confused which one for what.

I told the venue, in advance, that due to issues with my left knee that climbing is/was not an option. I was assigned to a five bed (female only) room...my bed was a very comfortable twin size bed, next to a window (big beautiful windows that opened for fresh air and a comedic view of the downstairs roundabout) with a side table, complete with a table lamp and charging spot.

The directions were not as clear as I would have liked (that's really on me and the language barriers.) Also, not the fault of the hosts, one of my roommates decided to shower after the rest of us had bedded down for the evening. Wouldn't have been a big deal, except she left her table light on for almost two hours while she showered, snacked, and repacked for her morning departure. She had plenty of time to do that in the two hour time frame before the rest of us were going to La Land. The area surrounding the hostel is non stop action and noise...so, be prepared with earplugs.

Clean room, bathroom and kitchen. Friendly staff. Easy Check-In. Very Good place for sleeping a night or two.

One or two hooks to hang up a jacket etc. would be nice. (If you search for a hostel with a cozy atmosphere to have a nice evening this is not the place for you. But otherwise I recommend this hostel. Would go there again.)

In a good location, 15 min walk from milano centrale station. Further from the city and main attractions but was a nice 45 min walk to get to know the city. My friend and I stayed in a private room and it felt like a hotel it was really nice, with a comfortable bed. The owner did washing for us for €10 which was a bonus. Bathrooms were lovely and very modern, again felt like a hotel as they were singular bathrooms. Kitchen was nice however oven was broken during our stay.
