We arrived and we were unsure where the hotel was and the owner came and met us, gave us both a bottle of water left water, juice and crisps in the room, they were exceptionally friendly, helpful and went way and above to help us. They made us feel at ease and gave us advise on where to go and what to do in Milan

There friendly nature and there willingness to help and nothing was a bother to them. If I was a female travelling alone I would highly recommend it, in my eyes they were an exception

Lovely clean and cozy rooms, helpful staff, excellent location between 2 train stations and a direct line to the center. All our requests were fulfilled, the staff helped with everything.

Room very clean and bathroom spotless like new! Very close to the main subway transportation, 20 minutes to Linate airport, 5 minutes to central train station, 10 minutes to duomo old town, it’s perfect place for travelers work, internet was always working

Slow wifi and no bath mat

My experience with this hotel was generally good. The staff were friendly, but there was a major issue with communication. Most of them spoke Chinese or Italian, and their English was very limited. This made it difficult to communicate, especially at the reception, which can be frustrating for international travelers. Another thing I noticed is that there were no basic in-room amenities like a tea kettle or tea/coffee, which are quite common in hotels around the world — even in more budget-friendly places. Instead, there were just two packets of chips and some juice. I believe the hotel should consider adding basic amenities like a kettle and tea supplies for guests. Also, the curtains in the room were dirty and should be cleaned more thoroughly. The room itself was small but fine; however, cleanliness could definitely be improved. Overall, it’s a decent place, but with a few small improvements — especially in communication, cleanliness, and room amenities — the experience could be much better

The room was spacious with look into a bigger shared inner garden area. The bathroom with shower was very modern and nice. Not all the staff did speak English, but communication happened nonetheless. The son of the owner spoke English and was very helpful and attentionate (providing advice and tips). There was officially no breakfast, but I got offered coffees and water bottles for the go.

This hotel is not located in the most central place. Nevertheless, if walking 45 minutes is no big deal, you are close to the Corso Buenos Aires, a long and nice shopping street which will lead you straight to the historic center of Milano. It is important to know that this hotel offers no breakfast buffet. There is a garden access, but I was told they can't use it for the hotel which is a pity because I think it would be a very pleasant experience to drink a coffee there.

When we entered we were welcomed by a lovely gentleman who offered us coffee, gave us water and brought our luggage up to our rooms. The room was modernised, comfortable and very clean. The balcony was the cherry on top for the rooms. The staff were friendly asking us if we want them to clean our rooms and always said hello and goodbye whenever we left and entered the hotel. And when we were leaving they brought down our luggage and gave us 2 water bottles and thanked us for our stay. Incredible time and we were very satisfied. P.S we loved mimi (Their dog aka the best staff member) Thank you guys.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptional—very friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, we arrived during a metro strike, which made our first day a bit challenging, but everything went smoothly the next day, and we really enjoyed our time. A lovely touch was the welcome gift in our room, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, the bed is very comfortable, the owners are very helpful and friendly! They let us check in 2 hours earlier, they offered us free water, juices, and coffee! Definitely we are going to return! Easy access to Metro!

It's a simple but nice hotel. The staff is very friendly. The room was small but very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was brand new and clean. The location was very good, central and close to the metro. Upon entering, they gave us bottles of water and some small things to eat.

I have no negative comments to make
