- jacuzzi in the room, near the bed, was greatly received! - very stylish, minimalistic and clean - the kitchen has had everything we needed - very good central location - staff was very kind

The breakfast was way too poor: chocolate croissant, biscuits, juice, and coffee. And that was all. Also, on the 2nd day we received half of the croissant portion compared to the first day, so it was definitely not enough for 2 people. To be honest, the breakfast experience contrasted everything else, and it's a pity. I understand that you don't have the necessary license to cook, but this doesn't mean there aren't other additional options to complete the breakfast, directly from the supermarket, such as: yoghurt, cereals, milk

The front desk staff/receptionist Daniela was very accommodating, and called us to help arrange after-hours arrival. We were meeting friends for dinner, and she allowed them to wait for us in the lobby, out of the rain. The room was incredibly clean, with a unique, sleek modern design that felt world class and special. Tall ceilings, sweeping curved soffits, big, tall windows, comfortable bed and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. As a coffee aficionado, I enjoyed the Nespresso machine. We didn't cook anything, but the basic kitchen was well stocked with wine glasses, bottle opener, fridge, oven, etc.

We have nothing negative to say about this hotel --it was very special. I will say that, as a senior, I was a little nervous about descending the glass steps that stretch from the hotel's front entry down to the lobby area. It was raining during our stay, and I feared slipping on the wet glass. There was a handrail, so I hung on tightly. Glass steps do make for a cool-looking design choice, though -- I must admit!

I was prompted several times to submit my arrival time by booking and was also contacted by the hotel for this. I responded each time but then waited ~10 minutes at the front door after I arrived. It wasn’t a big deal but a bit strange. I was also asked to check in online by scanning my passport before arriving but then still had to provide my passport at check in. The security deposit can’t be paid with a virtual card on your phone - you need a physical card.

The hotel is very well located, close to Subway, busses and shopping streets. Is a newly renovated hotel with beautiful interior decoration. The most valuable to us was the staff: Daniela did everything and then something more, to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants good location, and excellent service for a reasonable price.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like about my stay.

The Mia boutique Hotel was amazing! What you see in the pictures is what you get a beautiful room very comfortable, soft pillows great mattress, plenty of room in the bathroom overall great room! The staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodating! Gave great suggestions for our first meal in town, which was absolutely delicious! I would definitely stay at this property again, located roughly about €20-€25 taxi ride from the Grand Central train station.

Smelt amazing when walking in the building! Everything was white and so clean! Room was gorgeous!

Chipped glass on our shower door not covered or repaired, was told the previous guests did it so understandably short notice to replace a whole panel but bits left uncovered and sign on it to say we couldn’t move it which was disappointing as it was one of the rooms main features. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable and made me a bit stiff but luckily was only a 3 night stay so I could cope.

Everything was excellent. The concept is what like; Its apartment but managed like a hotel. Everyone at the reception desk was professional. Room was clean and comfortable. The location seems out of city center but its actually very close to one of the main metro station “Loreto”. I paid very little city tax which I found high in Milan on other hotels.

Nothing. But I want to give some improvement points to hotel. It would be nice to have a coffee table while watching TV. A generic Netflix/Amazon Prime account belongs to hotel would be nice.

Very cool aparthotel. Check-in was very fast , without any problems. Clean, everything you need is available. Every day there was cleaning and changed towels. As a compliment, every day added water to the refrigerator, added coffee and tea. At the request, brought an iron. only 5-7 minutes from the metro. We had a great stay at the Mia Apartments and it was an absolute awesome experience from check-in until our check-out. The reception lady was extremely nice and friendly who was efficient to getting everything cleared for us to be in our room. One thing we truly appreciated is the reception going extra mile in checkin with us and informing us about the travel situation during a national day off (including guiding us towards option to book the most cost effective option). The room itself was quite luxurious with the spa and the nice shower. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch and it was maintained by the staff throughout our stay. The hotel itself is situation on a quiet streeet with barely any traffic with walking distance to main metro and bus stations. Shopping street and food places are within walkable distance.

The hotel's location was ideal, just a short walk from a vibrant district, and the metro access made exploring the city effortless. The morning view from my studio room was absolutely charming, with colorful buildings enhancing the experience. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast by the window, soaking in the delightful sights. The room size was spacious, providing ample room to move around comfortably without any obstructions. The bed was cozy and ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

There was only a minor inconveniences worth mentioning which was the water flow rate in the shower, as it was not as high as desired. A more powerful water flow would have made showering more comfortable for guests.
