The staff - Girl (I think Maria was her name) at the reception were wonderful. Also, AC in the room was great. You had to carry all your luggages over the stairs, my mother in law arrived first at the hotel and she had to carry her luggages upstairs to the reception without any help.

No shelf to put shampoo qnd other stuff in bathroom, no mini fridge and no safe to store valuables in rooms. Location was good but everything pretty much was closed by 10:30pm if you needed to eat or have any snack nearby. Also, they let checkin early which was really appreciated.

We were lucky to find available rooms on the same day of booking. The hostel was exceptionally clean — honestly much cleaner than we expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at any time of day or night. The location was very convenient: just a few minutes' walk to the metro, and about 4 stops to reach the city’s main square, Duomo. It was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a good rest. There was even a bidet in the room — a rare feature for a place in this price range.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything exceeded our expectations. We didn’t even feel like searching for any flaws!

It was clean, I love the shower it was soooo heavy. Aircon was perfect and i love it after staying under the heat of the sun. The bed was big and we enjoyed it. All of the staff were nice especially the staff who received us when we arrived, she gave us recommemdation on where to go and she was really nice and friendly. The staff who was in the reception when we checked out recommemded as well were to go for bfast. Overall, I hope we stayed for more nights.

None, everything was perfect.

I've travelled 5 countries and around 10 cities in 20 days with my collegue and both he and I literally LOVED this hotel the most. The staff was very nice and understanding and super helpful about anything you need and ask for. Especially the lady who is the owner as well, was quite interested, open-minded and extremly polite, even after we checked out and needed to come back to figure a few problems! The room as well was in a perfect condition and definitely worth the prices they offer. We've liked this hotel and it's staff so much that we started to compare the other hostels/hotels according to this one's standarts! I'd like to thank again to the amazing owner and the staff of the hotel. "Hotel 26" will be our favourite hotel for a long time! :D

Heating could be slightly better. But it wasn't that much of a problem. There are enough blankets in the room.

Concidering this is a 2 star hotel, everything was immaculate. Cleanliness was at 5 star level. The staff was very polite and friendly. My room was on the courtyard side of the hotel and it was peaceful and quiet even tho there was literally road reconstruction right in front of the hotel two nights in a row. Metro lines 1 and 2 are within 3 minutes of walk from the hotel, so connection to main city attractions is fast and easy. If you're travelling on a budget this hotel is higly recommended.

I can't complain about anything.

The best impression was made by the staff who were always very kind and welcoming! The rooms were very clean, always when we came back they were made up and smelled nice. The location is very convenient, next to the metro and quite close to the center. The area is quiet and safe, as it is an area with students and by extension it has mini markets, bakeries and bars nearby.

Super friendly staff, gave us many directions and recommendations about the city. Place is convenient for short stays.

Simple clean rooms with garden in back of building. All of the staff were wonderful! Very friendly and provided good suggestions on what to do in Milan. I would never have found the Navigli neighborhood without them. They made me an espresso each morning. Rooms cleaned every day. Air conditioning worked very well!

The room's furnishings are spare and simple, which I like, but may not be for everyone.
