Mosquitoes are everywhere in Milan in July! Horrible! Except your room in the hotel! :) In case you need, you can kindly ask on reception, and they’ll provide some extra protection

Staff were very friendly and helpful, even upgraded my room for free as I arrived early, which was a lovely surprise! A small hotel and they remember your coffee order and room number by face every morning, which is lovely. Location was super convenient - 10min walk from Loreto, or bus stop 1min away, so very easy to get to popular spots like Duomo/Milano Centrale (if travelling out of the city for the day). Managed to squeeze in day trips to Como and even Lugano (Switzerland) - just over an hour away each! Continental breakfast provided and a lovely garden space to enjoy it in. Check in/out was super easy, with the option to store bags - such a lovely trip!

Room was lovely and large, but wasn't aware some rooms come with a skylight and not a regular window, so pictures online were slightly misleading. Rooms have AC though so not a huge problem, just dialled that to the max! A little maintenance to the rooms wouldn't go amiss - wallpaper was peeling and bubbling around the windows, and the sockets were not working too well (had to go out on my first day and buy a new adaptor/power bank to be safe), but I appreciate it's an older building with character, and wouldn't put me off staying again! Slightly odd feature that others have mentioned - they make you leave your key behind when you leave each day (probably so they know who's in and out, but this was not really explained). Unusual for sure, but no issues!

I appreciate the warm welcome and attentive service throughout my stay. However, I found the room’s footprint to be quite small—maneuvering around the bed and fitting luggage required extra effort. Despite its compact dimensions, the space was thoughtfully arranged and fully functional. Every essential feature—from the comfortable mattress to the modern bathroom amenities—delivered top-quality performance. Thank you for maintaining high standards of comfort and efficiency even in a smaller room. I hope to see more spacious options in the future, but I truly value the excellent quality you’ve achieved here.

The room was small but comfortable, and kept very clean. Super quiet. The bed was great, and I even liked the pillow, which is a rarity for me. Staff is super friendly. They help with the luggage (please note, there’s not lift), and lent me a power adaptor when I realized I had the wrong one. Breakfast has lots of choices (no hot food but that was okay with me): yummy pastries, cakes, cereal, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cheese and ham. It’s 8-10 minutes’ walk to two metro lines, so you can get anywhere very quickly. There a several supermarkets nearby.

Only a minor thing: it would have been nice to have a glass in the room to use for drinking water.

We were upgraded to a superior room, which we found very comfortable and satisfying. The room was cleaned every day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is great, just a short walk from the metro station. It's also within walking distance of the central station, although for late-night arrivals or departures, I would consider taking the metro or a taxi instead

Although the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was sufficient overall. I would have appreciated having some vegetables included in the buffet

My first interaction with anyone set the tone for my entire stay at this property. I was very early and just needed to store my bag before heading off to explore Milan. Anna was more than helpful, in both her actions and her energy. When I returned in the evening, I was told that my bag had been taken to my room - a lovely surprise. A short moment later, I realised that my adapter wasn't right for the style of plug utilised in the hotel - no bother. I was given the correct adapter and asked to return it during checkout. The room was perfect - a lovely balcony, a bathroom with great water pressure, a modern TV, and a comfortable bed. During the night, I didn't hear a single noise from any other room. In the morning, I enjoyed a lovely breakfast before checking out. Truly, a gem of a hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this property.

I chose this hotel cause it was on good location.And indeed it was.iI was able to sightseeing to all spots I wanted with perfect transport connection.Hotel is in quite street so sleeping was good.Let's be honest,we are in 3*hotel in historical building-no luxuary but very comfortable,clean and practical hotel.They did best out of it.All you need is there.All you ask personal was willing to help.Breakfast on point.Fresh coffee.Nice receptionist.Personal not too pushy,very cosy and nice.This is example how one city hotel should be

Window blinds from outside makes room darker a bit.But its not up to hotel,its everywhere around too.If you open them and its windy its noisy.But this is very subjektive cause I am used to light spaces and not necesary negative

I stayed 5 nights for work. The hotel was clean and very well run. The staff were kind and attentive. While I was there my travel plans were disrupted by a transportation strike, and the staff were understanding and flexible as I adjusted my travel plans. The breakfast was good value and the indoor/outdoor eating was very pleasant (I stayed in June). It was hot during my stay, and the AC worked very well. Easy 5-10 minute walk from the Piola metro stop on the M2 line. Overall, very good value. Thank you.

We loved very positive, smiling, stylisch and attentive staff. 🥰 We have got an upgrade without asking and it made our happy mood more happier.) The room was pretty big with another changing room and a big bathroom. Breakfast was very delicious with freshest bread, Italian sausages and cheese as well as very good coffee. There is a very sweet small hotel garden behind the breakfast hall. We love this hotel with awesome staff. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely stay there again, when we are in Milano..

It was located quite close to tube stations. There were stores and restaurants nearby. Reception open 24/7. Private bathroom.

Weve had an old, rough blanket and a decorative cover to sleep under, it wasn't comfortable at all. There must have been a smoking area right outside our window as we could frequently smell a strong cigarette smell, windows had to be completely shut at all times. Hairdryer was quite a nightmare to use, it was old fashioned, heavy model where the on-button had to be held for the dryer to stay on. It was making it difficult to dry my long hair, especially that there was no protective mesh on the back that caused my hair to be pulled in and damaged badly.
