I got a very warm welcome from the very nice family that owns the hotel, they provide each room with fresh fruit and bottles of water! The balcony had an amazing view at the inside yard and it was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable in comparison to some other hotels in the centre, pillows were very good aswell

The staff was very helpful and friendly, let me switch rooms to avoid the summer sun, leant me a converter for my electronics ect. The room had an urban charm that was good for me, room felt like it had history.

Location was very convinient, staff was very helpful and late check-in was available.

Wi-fi could have been better. The lobby and my floor smelled of cigarette smoke and was unbearable at times,

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They’re very welcoming. They greet you with snacks, fruit, complimentary water and disposable slippers. They room was clean and water and a/c worked perfectly fine.

No elevator. But we were on the first floor. The shower was too small.

Such a great place to explore the wonderful MILAN, the room is very comfortable & the reception staff is super friendly.

Big south face balcony to the inneryard. Quiet side, not noisy. Good bed and enough space on the room. Friendly staff.

Very nice clean and simple room. The family who runs the hotel was very kind! They left snack and water in the room. Always available and 24h check in possible. Perfect for a short stay!
