Our recent stay in this hostel was nothing short of exceptional. I liked the accomodation and the employee friendliness which made our stay very energetic and welcomed. My friends and I were mostly hanging out and when we spent time in our room we felt like at home, the whole atmosphere was safe and fun. P.S. Shout-out to the best employees we have ever met, that made our nights fun and friendly. Julia was very fun and will DEFINITELY be a great future employee here. SPECIAL MENTION to employee Baran. He made our nights very memorable and from the moment we arrived, Baran made my friends and I feel genuinely welcomed and at home. He wasn't just an employee, he was a true host who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the last night we spent chatting and joking around with Baran in the common area. It felt less like a hostel interaction and more like spending time with a good friend. This evening brought our group even closer together, fostering a sense of camaraderie and friendship that significantly enhanced our entire hostel experience. It's safe to say Baran is, without a doubt, the best employee we've ever encountered in any accommodation! Beyond Baran's outstanding hospitality, the hostel itself was fantastic. The accommodation was clean enough, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect base for our adventures. The location was also superb, offering easy access to public transport and PUBS! LAST but not least, massive, special thanks to Baran for making our stay truly memorable and turning strangers into friends. We can't recommend this hostel enough, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

The bathroom could've been a tiny bit more cleaner, but overall the accomodation had everything we needed and more :)

Quality of guests which is not the hostel fault as they can't control. Cleanliness

I was in the 6 person mixed dorm with a private bathroom, the room and beds were comfortable, the bathroom was functional and clean - and all the people we shared with were pleasant and quite. While we didn't make use of any of the shared facilities it seemed well equipped with lots to do and the staff were really helpful and responded quickly to anything we needed.

While we were there it was very hot in milan and the rooms were very hot at night - my only critique would be the lack of some form of air conditioning or fan in the room. Otherwise everything we needed was provided for.

Late night check-in and reception is really helpful, also being able to store the luggage before/after. For me the bed was comfortable, locker big enough for 2 smaller backpacks (best to have your own lock though). The location is quite close to train and metro stations.

The check-in starts only at 4pm, which is unusually late, 2-3pm would be so much better. Price-value is lacking a bit too, but to have a one night sleep in Milan it makes it okayish.

The location was excellent, close to Loretto Metro station, and a straight shot to Duomo. The place was as great, with an awesome ‘living room’; the WiFi was strong and the staff were really nice. Hot showers and spacious.

The dorm was very dark, necessitating lights during the day; the beds were fine but the pillows were terrible The kitchen was fine, though the hostel was very quiet: when it’s busy it might prove inadequate…

This is a very nice and clean hostel. The guys that work the front desk are very kind and friendly and willing to assist however they can. You can see the cleaners throughout the day working hard to keep the place the way it is, clean! The male dorm for 6 was spacious and clean with an ensuite. The best time to shower is in the evening and at night because the morning time the hot water is scarce. Overall I enjoyed my night stay here and will stay again. They do have a kitchen area and hang out area downstairs. The place is gated and entry to the building and your room requires a key card.

Good location in Loreto area. Very close from the station.Very good hostel. If I come back to Milan, I'll definitely book here again. Staff very welcoming, they treated me very well and most of them speak Spanish.

I know we are in Spring right now but some people like to sleep very warm. The heating system was off and some showers didn't have hot water.

I only stayed one night but it was clean, comfortable and very affordable to stay in. I liked how my room was set up though the rooms were pretty small there was plenty of room and storage under the bed held all my luggage. The bathroom was a decent size definitely enough room to get ready in since I was in a mixed dormitory. Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

The kindness of the looby staff. The ubication. The tranquility, it is not as noisy as other hostels. The cleanliness and conditions of the bathroom. The small bookshelf with books available to guests

The heat was very strong. There was a girl in the room who didn't want me to open the bathroom door for air to circulate, she said pests would come in. but she had a fan for her in addition to the one on the ceiling. Between pests and heat, it's best to use repellent. Don't forget to bring your repellent and talk to the hotel staff first. So you can open the bathroom door so much more air gets in. Due to sanitary measures, air must always circulate when there are several people in a small space.

Excellent service, 24/7 eager to help at the reception. Very close to an important Metro station, which takes you directly to the Duomo, Castello sforzesco, and more. Very comfortable room.
