Convenient location, daily cleaning. Good air conditioning saved me a lot in the heat. I recommend this hotel

Terrible internet quality. Wi-Fi was constantly turning off, it was impossible to watch any video. Sorry, but in Kyiv, during shelling and blackouts, the internet crashes.

Great location, literarly 5 minutes walk from hotel lobby to the metro station Loreto. Clean cosy room, I have familly 2×double bed. Enough space for 2×2 familly.

Breakfasst, very small choice, not worth 10EUR. Coffie maschine ok.

Very helpful, friendly and kind staff, the location is a few steps to metro station, and there's what needed around, the room was clean and big with street view, the bathroom was clean, there is an elevator in the hotel.

- poor breakfast. - bad smell of the pillow cover only, other sheets and covers were acceptable. - the room was next to the breakfast hall, and when breakfast started the room smell changed to heavy food smell. - high cost for a 3 stars hotel. Even that, recommended.

Great location with Loreto metro station just around the corner, and there is also a grocery store that is open until late. Our room was on the first floor, facing the inner courtyard and it was quite quiet, except for one night when the workers were unloading something from a truck at 3 to 4 in the morning! The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast is modest, but suficient. The reception is open 24/7, and the staff is super friendly, always with the smile on their face and ready to help at any time. We would definitely come back!

Due to its location, the room was quite dark, but we didn't stay in it during the day anyway, so it didn't bother us!

About half an hour walk from the city centre and next to a metro station with two lines. The hotel was clean, safe and had a good breakfast. We had a problem with our safety deposit box on the first night and they fixed it first thing the next morning. The room was cleaned every morning with the beds made, and we had fresh towels/bedding at least twice.

There was some noise from the metro underneath the building. It didn’t bother us too much but might bother some people.

We liked the room, it was a decent room, clean and tidy. I think it is good for short stay. The staff were nice and friendly. The metro station is just a couple of steps away from the building.

The only thing I hated was the street cleaning truck cleaning the street in the middle of the night, it was extremely noisy. But it was for a couple of minutes. Plus, there is constantly noise coming from the bus stop nearby. The windows are not completely sound proof. Noise is one of the major problems, that’s why. for short, stay I think it is very good.

Location. Very close to the central station. Walked 15 mins. Metro just behind the corner. 5 stops to Duomo. Lots of shops arround. Supermarket just downstairs . Asked for a kettle and got it with no problem. Live my own coffee in the morning The room was ok to sleep. As we were out all days.

Was told at check-in that there would be a hot breakfast, too. But it wasn't. Just had one. The rest i bought in the shop and made my own coffee in the room.

Clean and nice small room. Location good near metro, bus stops not so far from Milan central train station. Small glocery shop in the same building.

Entrance near bus stop not look so safe in the dark time. I’m not liked this type of shower total disaster every time when take a shower my hair was going to wet. And breafast not worth 10€. They made a mistake when I was just one time for breakfast and they sign me twice.

The hotel was quite welcoming and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The Room was comfortable, but it could improve a bit, in terms of linen and furniture quality. This is my second visit, and the main reason is the central location, at Metro Loretto, where two main Metro lines cross and gives you access to most of Milan.

The comfort of the linen and furniture could be better. I left a sign saying do not disturb while I was out (since I didn't want someone to come to the room every day to renew towels or move things while it was quite unpacked), but they didn't seem to respect it.

Spacious room for a family of four, including two teenage children. Location just above Loreto Metro station with easy access to Duomo Milan and Milano Centrale using metro, even with multiple bags. 15 minute walk from Milano Centrale but after coming to know metro access, return to the station was easy. Daily room cleaning and change of towels. A small balcony.
