The hotel is in a great part of Milan and close to public transport and Milano Centrale The well-sized room is comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the tree lined street The shower is large and really good The staff are friendly and the hotel is very clean and well maintained The breakfast area is excellent with a wide range of excellent food and coffees to choose from a nice outdoor location when the weather is good

The room doesn't offer any extras like a kettle, coffee machine, water or even extra charging ports The doors/walls are a little thin as we could hear people if they were speaking loudly in the room next door Hotel is amazing, but for the price it should offer more

It was very clean, and the staff were really nice and cooperative. The breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the balcony view was beautiful. There was a problem with the shower, but they solved it after three days. The room matches the photos perfectly.

The heating system adjusts to your preferred temperature, but the fan made us feel chilly. If you're traveling from North America, be sure to bring a power plug converter with a small head, as standard ones do not fit into the outlets here. Additionally, the iron I borrowed from the reception had a sticky substance on it, which ruined one of my shirts.

Easy to find. Check in person was very nice, breakfast personel was nice. Very good and plentiful breakfast with crispy bacon, egg, pancake: excellent start for the day. Breakfast coffee was really good: better than in many cafeterias. Nice breakfast area. Served the purpose for one night stay. I was lucky to get the car on streetpark right next to the hotel (parking in Milan seems quite a challenge).

Very expensive! Small room with cheap feeling. Check out interaction: functional, no problem, but not hearing normal courtesy left me with blunt feeling (there shouldn't have been any reason to be angry to me).

Nice location, not far from the metro. Staff was excellent in every way, Happy, engaging and informative

bathroom was very tight, room was a bit small. No place to open a suitcase, had to do so on the floor. A suitcase valet vs two chairs (which had no use in a small room) would have been better

The staff was very friendly, good breakfast and price for all that we got.

The pillows were a little bit uncomfortable for me , not for my partner tho. Also, there are no slippers in the room but there was a clean floor and it was ok after all . I knew that was quite a distance to the center ( the Duomo) but I was ready to walk so prepare for one hour to the main attractions. If not, the metro station was 10 minutes away and the Milano Centrale which is the main train station is 20 minutes far from the hotel.

We definitely enjoyed good breakfast and amazingly friendly personel. Wi fi is also very satisfying, location is comfortable, welcoming beverages in the fridge were very nice and unexpected and except small inconveniences everything was taken care of once asked. I would come back for sure. Thank you for everything!

These following dislikes of ours would be taken care of if we said something but as the general it would be great if it didn't happen at all - not working light next to one of the beds and English explanation about tv channels. Beside that it would be nice to be able to have a cup of coffee or tea in the evenings. Shower is a bit uncomfortable but not anything you can't get used to. There was missing metal part that covers the shower hole where the water drains to and it was very dangerous to put your feet on that but we told about it to the reception the next day and it was fixed. Generally speaking everything was great and we would definitely go back !

The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast had enough variety and quality food. The hygiene level is high, cleaned frequently. The bed was comfortable. The unit had enough space. There are complementary drinks in the room.

There is no trash can in the room. It would be good if the breakfast offered a more varied drink selection, but it still had multiple choices.

The room was clean and comfortable. It also had a balcony which was a nice plus. The breakfast was included in the room rate and the breakfast service was comprehensive and tasty. The staff were friendly at all times. The location was good for us for a night's stay before heading to the airport.

We could not call staff on arrival day due to a disruption in their internet service (subsequently sorted out). There was no public transportation nor taxis on that evening (Christmas) - we could have used some extra assistance, e.g. book a taxi.

Very clean , friendly helpful staff , 24 hour reception, ability to store my luggage after check out. The breakfast was the best . Amazing for the price . Everything worked perfectly well. Great restaurant s within walking distance with really good gourmet Italian food, reasonably priced.

The bed was a small twin it was a bit tight . The area at night seemed a bit sketchy but as a solo female I found it was not at all.
