Great location, very easy to get into the city less than 20 minutes. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating, always smiling and positive they were 10/10. The room was very spacious, clean & bright. We had a lovely balcony, pity about the weather but it was lovely. Next time we are in Milan, we’ll be back.

When anyone walked past the room door it felt like they were in the same room as you, voices or cleaners the doors or walls are really thin. When the door is closed/ locked there is a slight gap (not that you can see through but it makes you hear absolutely everything x10). There is literally nothing else you could say that’s negative about this place.

This was an exceptional genius recommendation from Booking and a hidden gem. The cleanliness, staff politeness, room, beds and facilities were all exceptional. Staff I mention again is very polite, couteous and helpful

The location is kind of central - but if you wish to use the M1 metro line for Duomo , it is kind of a 8-9 minute walk. very near to M2 metro line though. The location is a little embedded within a kind of parking way, but it is still mentioned outside and not an unsafe location at all with the experience I had :) Breakfast could have more bread options though but was still decent and not bad at all :)

Extremely friendly people. The room was clean and everything was great. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom was great. We also appreciated the water and tea waiting for us in the room. The location is great. We appreciated the fact that we were able to leave the luggage in the morning and come to check in at a very late hour (1:00) in the night. The front desk gentlement which was on duty during the night shift was amazing and the lady from the morning shift was amazing as well.

The hotel is in a very good location. Just a few stops with metro from Central station. Or ~25min walking. For a budget price, the room was nice. Overall very nice place and we liked to stay in the hotel. The staff were very helpful.

The room doors are so thin, and there is like a frame of light in the night from the corridor. For a sensitive person like me, it was disturbing to fall asleep. Also, why don't the corridor lights have sensors? Would be better. They cleaner was just before we checked in. Everything was clean, but the floor was dusty. So I wasn't sure how that could happen

It was really nice time in this place. Comfortable room with a lot of space, clean bathroom, very good localization near metro station, even a kettle in the room. I can recomend buying breakfast (10 euros). and the most importnat - really nice and helpfull staff!

There are in the room only one european electrical plug (for kettle) so you should remember to take adapter with you to use italian plugs.

The rooms are very very clean. I am usually very sensitive of cleanness but this hotel is beyond expectation. The staff are very helpful and kind. The hotel does not have weird rules and they are ok with eating inside rooms. The AC on the rooms are very good with good performance and no noise. The breakfast has all the essential although it is small and everything is good and tasty. The hotel area is calm and good and close to metro station. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing really

I had a very comfortable stay. Room was big and clean with everything I needed for a quick work trip. Fridge with water, kettle with tea and coffee. Nice wardrobe and toiletries provided. Close to Centrale station so easy to get to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again

It was a bit confusing to find the reception and room as I was in another part of the hotel. Other than that it was great

Hotel located near metro/bus/tram station. Reception works 24/7. I couldn't say that the building is modern but it was fine. I was worried about my and my stuff's safety. Staff in the hotel was nice (spoke English). The room was clean. I didn`t hear any noise, especially from the street. The bathroom was clean, and there were toiletries. When I was out of the room housekeeping cleaned a little bit (recommendation: if you don't want them to clean your room, just say it in the reception). In 5 min walk you can find supermarket, cafe and bakery. I didn't order breakfast in the hotel.

It wasn't a soundproofing door. Unfortunately, I heard almost everything that was happening in the hallway. The door doesn't block the sound.

The room exceeded our expectations! The hotel is located in an old building and the architecture has been preserved. Therefore, our room was huge, it was 4 meters tall and that made it very comfortable to sleep in during the extremely hot summer days. We did not even need to keep the air conditioning on during the night. The location is very convenient, there are 2 metro stations very close by and delicious restaurants nearby. There is also a 24/7 supermarket close to the accommodation. The room and the corridors were very clean, the towels and the toiletries were changed every day.

I think it would have been very useful to have a small fridge in our room

The hotel was exactly as described in reviews. Good location, close to a metro station and three supermarkets. My room was big and clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Finding the room was a bit difficult as the hotel is located in two adjacent buildings connected by a bridge, but once I learned my way around, it was fine. Great value for sure, and only about a 30 min walk from a great shopping area, as well as close to Linate (20 min by taxi).

Everything was great, I'd book it again.
