Accomodation exactly met our expectations and needs for short term tourist visit in Milan. It is smaller city hotel which exactly meets criteria for three stars hotel. I would like to point out that everything was very clean and also perfect coffee for breakfest. All personal was helpful. Air conditioning was perfectly working which is important in summer in Italy. Hotel is very close to subway station, bus station (connection to aiports) and railway station and there are also restaurants (in Italy "bars") where you can have very good dinner. So I can reccomend this hotel if you want to do visit Milan as tourist and don´t want to pay hell of money for four starts hotels.

Maybe some fruit and vegetables for breakfest and bigger pillars.

I like that the staff Margie and Katherine were both friendly and answered all my questions even before I arrived, during my stay until I left. I felt right at ease. The room was really spacious with a nice big window of a neighborhood view. My room was clean, smelling fresh with white crisp linens. My room smelled good. The bathroom is spacious, too. My room was made up upon my request. This hotel is close to the subway (which is about 5 stations away from the Duomo). The tram station is a few steps away. There's grocery close by, a few bars and restaurants too. It's in a clean and cool neighborhood. I walked from the Milano Centrale Station, dragging my heavy large luggage for 30 mins, and I enjoyed it. Without my luggage, I reached the station in 20 mins or less. Oh, and the breakfast is satisfying. They make fresh coffee each time. Thank you, Hotel Venini. As a hotelier myself, I'm impressed.

Saturday night was extra noisy in the neighborhood with videoke singing until past 12mn, though I guess that wasn't the hotel's fault. I could hear guests next door talking.

Located within walking distance of the Metro line, and a tram line just outside. Lots of local restaurants and bars, lovely around the area at night. Felt like a great local vibe. Bedroom was spacious, and airy. Very clean.

Calls itself a 3 star but it's just a bed and breakfast, there no bar facilities. Bath had a shower head on long extension cord, cany affix it to the wall. Showering was a frustration.

There were 4 adults . Room & bathroom were a decent size so room to move and have 4 cases. Plenty of towels. Was good to have a top sheet as weather was warm. (Have found lately other hotels don't have them). Was a decent breakfast and staff friendly

Air conditioner was pointed right at our faces when I bed so a bit of an annoyance .

Definitely worth the money, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the metro station that leads directly to the Duomo, and 15 minutes on foot from Centrale station. There are many restaurants, bars, and markets in the surrounding area, making the stay very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

The location is close to the train station and can be reached within minutes using the No. 1 tram for 2 euros. Some reviews didn’t like the breakfast but we found it similar to all the other breakfasts we’ve had throughout Italy and were happy with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is in an older part of town with graffiti on buildings but everyone on the street was friendly and we never felt uncomfortable walking around.

Nothing to dislike

the staff were very welcoming and very friendly. the beds were comfortable and the room was clean the breakfast was fine too! I would highly recommend this hotel

It’s a bit far from the center approximately 40 min walk but 20 min from the station

Location is convenient for access to Milano Centrale and overall the hotel has a good price-quality ratio. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bedsheets were really nice, ideal for a rest after a long day travelling.

Spacious room, with a safe. Comfortable mattress. Clean bathroom with a bidet. Complete set of towels.

The only warm dish on a breakfast was cappuccino.

Our room was lovely. Spacious bathroom, with water temperate and pressure perfect for U.S. tastes. Shutters on the windows allowed for wonderfully dark sleeping conditions. Zone was quiet, providing for restful sleep. Breakfast provided many options, including sweet and savory. There was bread and nutella and jam, various cold breakfast cereals with milk, meat and cheese, yoghurt, hand fruit, and probably more that I'm forgetting. There was also an expresso bar, juice, and water. The barista was very kind and welcoming. Staff took very good care of us, and we needed a lot of extra care (early drop off of bags, answers to lots of questions, help figuring stuff out). Location is very near a tram stop.

I really cannot think of anything that could have gone better. This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Everything was as described online.
