Very nice hotel, not far from Milano Centrale and the center of Milano. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Very clean and comfortable room and toilet! Big balcony with a view. It was very warm in the room in January. I'd love to have an electric kettle in the room but instead you have plenty of cosy Italian cafes nearby. We loved our stay very much.

Everything was perfect, very clean and smells fresh on the entrance to the room, however the area is not so safe, my and my friend decided to take a walk to the closest metro station and there was a small gang that looked at us very suspicious and tried to took my phone from my hands. Thankfully i was already informed that Milan is not so safe to walk in a evenings in some areas and especially metros. And I reacted on a time. Otherwise I just wanted to warn all the travellers to be extra careful if walking around this area and do not look on your phone or bags while walking here. I also recommend to take a walk to different metro/bus stop as this one looks extra scary 😏😏 price for this hotel is more than acceptable for a one night stay however due to security reasons I wouldn't stay longer here. Recommend for a short trips!

Safety of this area

25 min walk from Central Station. A small restaurant and a Bar within 5 minutes walk. Both reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Room clean. No issues.

Upgrading some facilities whilst we were there, but that will only improve things for the future.

Hotel was situated perfectly in a nice suburb not too far from the city-centre or from Milano Centrale Station (we're young hikers, so just walked to the hotel in about 40 minutes). Hotel was clean, provided a small breakfast, and had a late check-in. Doors also stayed open with someone at the desk quite late, which was good for going to the bar and takeaway around midnight ;) There's no cooking facilities in the rooms so far as I could tell, but there is a communal area with a fridge, water tap etc. which sufficed. All round for the price we were very pleasantly surprised, as the hotel lacked nothing and proved to be more than what we wanted in our stay for three students - simple, affordable and not dodgy.

A bit noisey from the reseption since we had the room close to it 🤔 No wall between the balcony from the neighbours 🙈

Convenience because it has a 24 hour reception. Also air con in the room was useful as it was a very hot night.

1. All staff are very accomodating 2. The room is very big, comfortable and clean 3. There's free coffee and water 4. There's always someone in the reception 24/7 5. The hotel is 10minutes walk from metro

1. The aircon doesn't make the room cold and it's very hot. 2. The area is not so safe. One beggar wanted to punch me. Sometimes there are some drunk guys in the street.
