Excellent rooms, excellent lobby area with drinks available to charge to your room account, so for that little drink before you hit the high spots of the City what could be better.

Not a thing. Easy access from 3 different metro stations, comfortable lounge area to relax in, outside seating area for the warmer weather.

We stayed for the weekend and it was perfect, not far from the metro station and the hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and we have no complaints. They even made the room special for my partners birthday :)

The room was lovely and clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Receptionist lady helped us with some nearby Italian restaurants on our arrival day.

Nearest metro stations were 10-15 mins away (which was not a big issue for us), as it is also clearly seen on the map whilst booking.

Freshly renewed, we liked the design of the room which was equipped with all comforts. The staff was very nice.

The location is a bit far (10-15 min walking) from the underground, but it’s very convenient if you have a car. We were able to park right in front of the hotel.

Nice comfortable and spacious close to the city center close to the station for the airport!!!

I just couldn’t change the air conditioning mode from cold to hot but maybe is my fault I didn’t care much cause I stayed 1 night and I know that if I had asked they have helped me!! Last a bit the breakfast i find it a bit poor to be honest and the price of it is 10 € but maybe it’s not for me !!

Everything, the staff were really nice, good value for money breakfast and tube station 10 min away to central Milano. We will definitely be staying again when back in Milano.

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Staff was really friendly and the room was relatively comfortable. Not much more you can ask for. Really liked the design of the room and the furnishing. The common areas were very cute and well designed. Super convenient bus and metro stops close by.

Location area is not the most ideal in the city but not that big of a problem for us. Room does not have a refrigerator so bringing back food or takeaway was not the most convenient. However, we made it work for us.

Around 10 mins by bus from the main train station 30 mins by bus n metro to the city center

Front gates shouldn’t be that slow when is closing , coz is very easy for stranger to sneak in .

The staff and management clearly have a strong commitment to ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. The rooms are very comfortable, modern and clean. Great place all round!

The hotel was so pretty and cozy, staff are more that helpful and so local to the trams and underground

The street it’s on can be a little spooky at night but not the hotels fault
