There was a kitchen out there infront of the reception and we were allowed to use it for cooking and heating the food.

A short man was there at the reception and he was so rude and harsh while speaking and his behaviour was so cold and unpleasant he did not even wanted to talk properly and was getting irritated if asked anything. My worst experience with that guy. And no elevator was there. When I asked his name then he replied," my name is hostel".

I booked a 6-bed shared dorm for 5 nights from Nov 23-28, 2023. At arrival, the staff told me the first night I'd sleep in a 7-bed dorm, and the rest 4 nights in a 4-bed dorm, so I didn't ask any question since it'd end up like an "upgrade." Unfortunately the 7-bed dorm smelt like there was a hidden dirty dog. I was worried about the rest of the stay. However, the rest of 4 nights in the 4-bed dorm, the condition was good. Despite the 7-bed dorm smelled bad, it wasn't dirty. Both the 7-bed dorm and the 4-bed dorm had clean rooms; the beds, the walls, the floors, the bathrooms, all were well-maintained of the hygiene level. I especially want to praise the shower/toilet rooms, cuz I was at other hostels with better rating and higher prices in OTHER EU cities, BUT the shower rooms were horrible, where VERY OFTEN the water wouldn't drain cuz girls' hair stuck in the pipe, the water level went up after 2 mins of showering, I ended up taking a shower like a spiderwoman placing my feet on the shower-room porches. A clean shower room inside a female shared dorm like in this hostel where the water drains perfectly is like a dream! The staff were very warm and nice. They were mostly from Egypt. I'd like to thank the staff Ahmed, and everyone else working there.

The 7-bed dorm didn't smell good. I think it was a 6-bed dorm, somehow there was an extra bed. I forgot the room number.

It is located pretty near to Lambrate station so you can use both train and metro, there are stores where one can buy food and drinks or take a cheap and good breakfast, the room and badroom was clean, wifi works good. The personal is nice and helpfull. I would totally stay again there. Good price! There are fans that cool down the room and make it possible to sleep since I went when the temperature was between 29-33 grades.

Didnt know I had the take a lock with me to close my locker but is possible to buy one there for 3 euro. The kitchen closes at 10pm so it is not possible to drink cold water if you are coming back late in the night.

The staff were really nice and the bathroom decently clean. A bed, night table and a bathroom - all you need for a few-day-trip to Milan. Decidedly the location is a huge advantage - it is really close to the underground and railway station.

It was extremely hot and muggily, especially at night due to the lack of air conditioning.

The staff were great! I wasn’t aware of the €2 payment and I had no cash when I arrived. One of the staff paid it which is exceptionally kind🙏 It should be made clear that there is an additional charge as that could’ve been really difficult. Someone came into the room really late (it’s a dorm). I thought that was good they extended the time for her. Ideally there should be mattress protectors so these can also be washed but the sheets were super clean and excellent quality. There wasn’t a breakfast.

The beds are clean, silent, and could sleep like a baby.People around are also quiet.Nearby bistro and takeaways are with reasonable prices and having meni for all day.Connection to the city center or other cities is on a few minutes walking.

Only the kitchen I found somehow old or neglected, but if you are not cooking, it won't bother you.

Very close to a metro stop and had a lot of restaurants and markets around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious with its own bathroom.

Did not have a lot of plugs to change the phone in the room. And the ones it did have where mostly located on one side of the room. On my side there where only two plugs and their location was not very comfortable to charge my phone close to me.

excellent location just 300 meters from Lambrate metro and train station the room was clean , Bed linen and towels included , it was simple but comfortable , the bed was good quality staff is helpful and friendly , we appreciate the shared kitchen to prepare pizza and other foods , also 2 large refrigerators are very useful. we left early in the morning after a quick shower , we will sure come back when be back in Milano

The room was well-maintained and functional, ideal for a brief stay of one to two nights. The shared spaces, including the kitchen, were satisfactory and equipped with necessary amenities. The staff were helpful and readily available to assist with our needs.
