Very nice and kind and helpful personnel, 11/10 give them a raise!!! Everyone has been nothing but absolutely kind and understanding. The rooms were good for sleeping and going on touring the city, obviously not 5* hotel, but ideal for getting some sleep, close to the station

Some creep kept going around the corridor and making distressing advances towards girls. He followed me to the toiled and waited till I got out, that was honestly terrifying. My friends told me, he knocked on our door while I was gone looking for a toilet, but I can hardly believe that story. So yeah all good but watch out for creeps. And it's difficult to find a parking spot, especially for people not used to Italian... driving habits

We stayed for three nights and had a great experience. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the underground, with only four stops to the city center. Excellent value for money, we were feeling safe, it’s pretty big hostel, staff is very good. Private, spacious, and minimalistic room at a price similar to most dormitories. 3 showers near the room with 24/7 hot water, hairdryer, towel. Good value for money.

Kitchen is poorly equipped, but we were not using it anyway.

Bad reviews scared me and I expected much worse but the accommodation proved to be decent. Not your typical hostel in terms of the atmosphere and a little run down. Still, the location was good (just next to Lambrate train station), dorms spacious and comfortable (with single beds so no privacy curtains for those who care for them), showers decent, and it was possible to heat up food/make coffee (strangely, cups, plates and utensils must be taken from the reception). Felt like there were not enough toilets (separate from showers) and am sorry I was there in the winter so all common areas were freezing cold and could barely be used.

I had a great stay at Mio Hostel in Milan! The location is fantastic – it’s easy to find and within walking distance of a tram station, making it super convenient to explore the city. The hostel is clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The receptionists were friendly, helpful, and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Milan!

The only downside was that my room was next to the garden, and I could occasionally hear noise from fellow residents. However, that’s not the hostel’s fault

We don’t usually book accommodation under 8 but this was a last minute booking and I must say better than some 8+ rated properties, especially for the Italian market. We had the twin room - Super comfortable beds!! - Strong radiator- the room was hot after 5 mins of it on. - Very clean- from the common spaces, bathroom, shower to the rooms. - Convenient location near Milan Lambrate train station which helped us reach Bergamo in 40 mins, without having to go to Milan Centrale -delicious cafes, bakeries and even a Lidl in less than 5 mins walk - good internet - 24hrs hours reception with super friendly staff, perfect English

- Common spaces were not heated, so the shower/ bathroom trip were rather swift and chilly - The dining area doesn’t have cutlery and plates. You can ask for plastic ones at the reception but that was not very practical for tea making. You can use the kettle and the microwave, no other kitchen facilities available. Only coffee and food vending machines. - It’s a 35 mins tram ride to the Duomo

Is not really far away from center - just two subway stops and u are on Centrale. Room was okay, we weren’t really spending much time here so just to sleep its fine. Toilet rooms are also okay. Air conditioning was working, towels were in the room (because someone said that u should buy them here - not our case).

Showers are bad - all kinda broken, not much space and additional place to, for example, put ur soap somewhere and clothes. Plus the lighting was broken in some rooms. Also people talking in yard section inside may be a problem for sensitive sleepers.

We had problems at another hotel and at the last minute we found this hotel to stay. Staff was very helpful and kind. Everything in our room was perfect, wifi was good. In the common area/kitchen they had microwave pool langırt for us to use it was good. The location is a bit far to the city center but it's very close to transportation so we didn't had any problems. I'd choose here if I come again in 5 seconds. Thank you for your service it was amazing.

I wanted to stay longer in this amazing hotel.

Rooms were super clean. Staff was super friendly and cleaned it daily. I liked to be able to put a bed sheet up in the frame and enjoyed the privacy. That and the fact that bathroom was ensuite and daily cleaned provided all I wished for that stay. I am a reserved person and even that the bedroom was shared with 4 people it felt very private. Plus, the locker and being able to safely store my stuff made it a very easy stay. I also liked that I could walk to Politécnico di Milano where I had some meetings and work these days.

As usual, not staff's fault or Hostel, some guests could have been more educated. My feeling is that it ends being an option for people that come to work in Milan, like heavy duty workers, that are not youth or students. A bit weird but no one really bothered me as in talking to me, or addressing me. Later found out they had the same type of room but only for females. I guess it would have been better to go for that option.

Very good hostel. Our room was clean & comfortable and the shared bathrooms were clean and next to the rooms. We booked a double room with shared bathroom,so we had our privacy.The girls at the front desk were very polite & helpful. The common areas (backyard,lobby,dining & sitting room) were also clean and beautifully decorated. Wifi also very good!

It is located far from the center. There is a metro station nearby at a 7-8’ walk. You need to change from line M3 to M2 to reach the city center (Duomo). Still though,it was worth the money we paid.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very nice and accomodatating and the shower was probably one of the best I've had on this trip

Unfortunately our first room door was broken, we got switched to another room but the locks in this hostel are hard to open regardless. Very noisy at night, our window wouldn't close so we could hear all the street noise and at a point in our stay the people next to us set off their fire alarm due to smoking None of thus made a difference to us, just something to note if you're a light sleeper
