The hotel is very cozy and it is located in a very friendly spot. I didn't feel deserted at all there. The area is very dynamic and there is a very big garden next to the hotel. So, the location is great. The room is clean and it had an air condition, which is great. The stay at the room is enjoyable.

The lighting in the room was little insufficient. The toilet hood (air suction) was covered by mold and the hotel manager was little pushy to leave before 11 am, they kept asking me to leaving since 10:30 am, which is too early. Also, the check-out time was indicated in the reservation at 11 am (not up to 11 am).

The neighborhood is really nice, right opposite the university. There are a lot of young people here. For the small price you get everything you need, a nice bed, a clean bathroom and a good room temperature. The host is very friendly and helpful.

This property seems to be a very pleasant one star hotel. A great option if you want to limit your expenses. As a good one star hotel should, what it lacks is luxury but not necessities. The staff was very good, the room and bathroom were clean, the bed reasonably comfortable and the wifi functioning. Also, the location is quite good, with groceries and a budget restaurant in its proximity, and in a walking distance (if you don't mind walking ~20-30 minutes) from both the main train station and the center.

The room was somewhat smaller. (But the high ceilings alleviate the feeling of a limited space.) Some parts of the room were slightly run down, but still in a completely acceptable state for a one star hotel.

The internet wasn’t perfect for gaming but is enough for anything else. Another thing (not their fault) is that I didn’t realize they don’t provide cups or toothpastes (I only took toothbrush with me) beforehand.

extremely courteous staff, they assisted with early check-in, out of hours arrival, offered breakfast, and many other little but important things. clean and functional room, with everything that was needed. recommended!

Great location close to subway station tram stop and supermarkets. There are lot of pubs and bars nearby. Room was clean and quiet with useful bathroom. The Owner was very friendly and helpful. There was no problem with late arrival they left the keys in the box with code. The owner allowed us to leave our luggagen in the hotel after check-out before the evening flight.

I didn't have so high expectations since the price was cheaper than other hotels, but the standard turned out to be much higher than I had anticipated. It is a tiny and cosy hotel and is very nice and helpful. You get more than you pay for.

The bathroom had a built in cupboard that gave little room to use the toilet. I had no problem, but for a person who is largely built it might be.

Staff were so gentle and the location of the hotel is very convenient as it's close to metro piola.

Shower header was a little difficult to adjust.

Very clean great staff....excellent value for money. Excellent location for my business trip to Politecnico di Milano. Would stay here again. Also a great classic intellectural's cafe/bar at the ground level next door.

All was excellent. no problems. great value for the price. Especially for a business trip traveling alone it is excellent.

very clean, spacious room with a high roof and close to local subway station for quick access to the city centre.

the room itself was a bit too spacious compared to the bathroom, the space could have been more evenly distributed but that is being critical, all in all very happy with the stay. reception wasn’t staffed often but we were offered complimentary snacks and coffee in the morning if it was.
