I liked all the staff very much. They were always kind, friendly, and knowledgeable when I had questions. The location is great. As a light sleeper, I didn't have issues with noise. My room was very clean. I loved that my bed was firm. There were two pillows - one thin and the other had more cushion. I preferred the thin one. The wardrobe was perfect for a single person to hang clothes. I appreciated the sitting bench to store my shoes as well. Breakfast had a good variety of items to eat depending on your preference. I loved the patio area to sip cappuccinos in the morning. At first I couldn't find a plug at first to accommodate my charger, then I realized the plug for the hairdryer worked perfectly with it. I forgot to take pictures except for the patio area.

Location of the hotel was wonderful: walking distance to the metro, bus stop close by, good variety of restaurants and cafés/bars in the neighborhood, excellent breakfast, nice hotel outside patio, elevator available, good hot water and shower water pressure, room has sufficient electrical outlets, enough room to open suitcase, enough hangers in the closet, no street noise, curtains blocked light

Bed was a bit too hard for me.

I spent just one night there, but I liked the hotel. Location is good if you are visiting the university, also not that far from city center (metro is close, Linate airport via metro is very close). The room was pretty small, but well equipped including the deposit safe and rich minibar. Buffet breakfast was very good, many choices for every taste.

No kettle for coffee or tee making in the room. Also, there is some noice from the main street.

Location location location :) It's a very nice hotel, located within walking distance from the Milano Centrale, and a metro station - just next to tram and bus stops. The neighborhood is generally quiet, however, please mind that you may get a room located on the front side - facing a busy street. Yes, the streets are noisy. I don't care, but there are more sensitive people, so just ask for a room facing the back side.

Nice. and smiling staff who like their hotel and. tried their best to let the guests feel home. The hotel have a very personal and special decorations. It was easy to get around as the bus was just outside and metro in walking distance. several more local places to eat at close by. Even my single room was small. it was my personal room. even it had window to the road it was very quiet. I will go back

a huge morning buffet, but I would rather have less and better quality bread and warm things than so many things. As. well nice music instead of television I dont understand

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they really saved my skin when they provided me with the correct charger to charge my phone and lent it to me for my stay. I really appreciate it. The hotel was very clean and provided a lovely breakfast as well. The bed was extremely comfortable as well, which I also greatly appreciate.

The room was very clean (from bedsheets to towels and overall room) and the bed very comfortable. It is basic (and maybe a bit old) in design but clean, orderly and perfect for a short business stay. Despite being on a busy street, I didn't hear noise in the night (though I was staying on the 4th floor, which would help.) The staff were all very helpful and friendly, both at the reception and at the breakfast. The breakfast had a great variety (from eggs to pastries, cheese and ham to fruits and yogurts) and also delicious and good quality (for example, I am picky with my scrambled eggs and they are often soggy in most hotels, but not so here.) Very close (10 minute walk at most) to metro and Politecnico di Milano.)

Close to Linate airport and a short bus ride to Milan. Lovely staff. Lots of choice for breakfast

The rooms were very hot. The AC wouldn’t go below 22 and there was a heat wave in our visit making it unbearable everywhere, we would have liked to be able to make the room cooler.

The staff was super helpful, location was convenient (close to tram stop and thee blocks from subway), breakfast was very good.

Everything in Milan is expensive so even if I don’t like it, it is not a problem solely attributable to this hotel. The air conditioning was quite weak sadly but that seems to be a problem throughout southern Europe.

Nice and clean room, comfy bed and very decent breakfast. An overall good and cozy atmosphere at this hotel. The location is 10 minute walk away from metro and large grocery store. The majority of staff are nice, helpful and polite.

There were lots of mosquitos in our room.
