Extra friendly and hospitable staff, good location (metro, tram and bus station are near, just like a good supermarket - Carrefour), rooms have up to date furniture and furnishing and everything is clean, the bed and the pillows were so comfy (on the firmer side, which I like), the breakfast has lots of options and the coffee they make for you is very good. Also being able to have breakfast outside is a big plus, just like the ability to check in a bit earlier and that they held my baggage on my last day after the check out while I was waiting for my evening flight. Honestly this accomodation felt worth more than three stars - before this I was staying for one night in a 4 star object in Sesto San Giovanni, and this was better in many ways.

The AC is different than what I’m used to, but I noticed they’re like that in most places in Milan, and it got the job done, at least it wasn’t noisy. Also, an actual closet would be a nice update to the room but I was here for two nights so I didn’t mind.

Breakfast was tasty, but they did not fill they trays after 9:00 (breakfast was until 10:00). Small hotel so I understand this. You should go have breakfast early so they still have everything. Fresh fruit, cornettos with different filling, sausages, eggs, cereal.. Breakfast was tasty! They will bring you cappuccino by request to the table which was super nice! Staff was extremely friendly, and we had special requests and they fulfilled everything. Room cleaning was thorough and quick, super nice!

Rooms were a bit out of date, bathroom doors did not close properly, you had to pull very hard. An older person might have issues. Air-condition worked, but was not super powerful, might be hot in the room. Beds are rather hard, so if you are used to very soft beds, you might have back issues in the morning. I did not but a family member of mine did.

The service was exceptional. They always had a smile and helped with every aspect. Their kind demeanor made our stay very pleasant. We even received a room with a balcony and extra bed, so we had extra room. The bathroom in the room was beautiful. The breakfast was good, too.

Some areas could use some TLC and cosmetic updates, but the owners are currently upgrading.

The hotel location is great, close from Milan Linate airport as well as from the city. The staff is nice, room was a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. They also gave us our room 1 hour before official check-in time. Breakfast was pretty good too. There are a fair number of restaurants nearby. All in all, a good place to stay.

The toilet was clean but had a couple of spots which could have been cleaner. The room walls are pretty thin, which was perhaps the biggest and the only negative point to note.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is in a great location; you can reach by public transport the Duomo area and Central Station very easily. The neighbourhoods are safe, lively and with all the facilities you need (shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies...). The hotel room (214 - double room) was very comfortable, and was on the back of the hotel, with a window facing the inner garden. Very peaceful at night. I always appreciate a room with a small fridge, and this was the case. The bathroom has a powerful hairdryer and bidet. I have appreciated the refillable soap dispenser (instead of the courtesy small plastic bottles which are polluting). The bed was comfy, and pillows too. The TV was of a good size and with good image quality. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of food and beverage. The croissant was very good and fresh. You can have breakfast both inside but also outside, in the backyard, which is really enjoyable.

Just some small issues: *there is not a wardrobe, but some open wall coat hangers. * I have tried to cool down the room but the AC didn't work. Maybe it was my fault as I didn't know how to use it; I haven't asked because I spent just one night there.

This hotel had everything we needed for a weekend in Milan. It is a basic hotel but comfortable and safe with good facilities. The staff were very polite and we have no complaints. It was a lovely extra touch that the staff left us a gift in the room to celebrate the New Year. Check-in is at 1pm and check-out 11.30am which was amazing and helped make the trip easier for us. Staff also kept hold of our luggage on our last day while we explored the city. The hotel is well located with a bus station directly outside and tram, train and metro stations within a few minutes walk. Both central station and Duomo can be reached within 20’ish minutes on transport. Supermarkets and pharmacies also in the area. I’d highly recommend for an affordable hotel in Milan for a city break.

It’s not a major issue but it would be good if TVs were smart so guests could stream on YouTube or Netflix as only 5 Italian TV channels were available.

Really nice location close to the city centre and the Metro and other transportation. Really quiet we barely hear noise from outside so we slept really good. Helped us with everything we needed and they were really nice. The room looks nicer than the pictures. You have clean sheets, clean towels and good breakfast. They don’t have a really great variety of food, but it’s fresh and you can choose between sweet and sour options. Anyway, they are helpful and trying to make your staying really good.

I like this place because easy to access and near the Metro Datteo. Accross the street there is a really authentic small Italian restaurant and it was really cheap. It located also near the Carefour. And the most important is silent.

Walking to city center it was a bit far like 20 minute but i enjoyed the views and everything . Really good experience

Location is great, very close to Dateo Metro Station and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Staff is really friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help out. It's also easy to drive out of Milan from here if you are visiting with a car (we were). Wifi worked well.

Bathrooms could be a bit more clean, especially the toilet and shower. They were not dirty, but it seemed like the bare minimum was done to clean. Parking garage is tiny and only has 4 spaces. Beware if you have an SUV it's a proper nightmare to manouver in there.

Short walk from the metro and short bus ride going to the central train station. The room was just the right size which I can move around, and a bonus outside space (terrace) that looks on some vegetation and terraces of the neighbours.The bed was like a small double size and comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a lift.
