The location is great, a bit away from the boulevard so it’s not noisy at all but also close to some bars so in the weekend the street is very animated. The room is clean and comfy.

The QR system, even though is more convenient since you don’t have to spend any time doing the check in or waiting for someone to bring you the key, can be not so great during a power outage 😀

when we arrived the door lock was not working so we couldn’t enter the apartment. After calling the service number we were dropped off the call several times, so we waited 1,5 hour for someone to come and open the door for us. it is a bit frustrating to spend 1,5 of your day in Milano sitting by the door without getting help.

The flat was nice , comfy and very close to the city centre, the mattress was the best one I ever slept on, if I could get the brand I would get one for my home 😁

Perfect on locations !! Especially the restaurants and cafes on the street and the surrounding area were great. Very close to the metro. You can go everywhere by walking. The apartment was clean and warm.

Internet was very bad. We had to use our own package entirely

Bathroom was a little narrow. And the bed was quite hard for my liking.

The use of the code was great as it meant that I didn't have to carry keys around.

Bit of a lack of lighting in the studio, also the windows could have had some privacy covers over the large windows. Could have provided a dishcloth and drying cloth to use, also more than 2 toilet roll for.the duration of the journey, as we almost ran out. There was no safe which would have been great to store away safe items.

Great location. Close to transport. Dining within walking distance. The place was comfortable.

really liked the fact of using codes to get in the apartments and to the building it self , not needing the use of keys and having the responsibility of keeping them. the codes where given after I called the hosts , and they explained me everything very well, not having problems of getting inside at all.

the kitchen didn't had some of it basic needs , as the detergent and some culinary needs.
