Hard to find when following Google map because it leads you to the back of the building. Accessibility of location when visiting the city, metro is just few steps away. Few restaurants and shops outside the door.

The crack in the stairs going up to the hotel. Maybe a black marker at the edge of every step will help. Tiled stairs are quite slippery too

Stayed here for 2 nights, it is really nice old building situated near centre. Room and toilet are also spacious. Tram and metro stops are just 200m away. Staffs are very helpful.

Shared toilet in a big cozy bathroom, but in a private room you also have a sink and private shower.

The staff was friendly. We arrived at night and we didn't have any water. The receptionist was very nice and gave us a bottle of water. The place was quiet and located on a nice street.

The walls were thin, but our neighbors were pretty quiet. Also, it would be nice to have the option to get some breakfast at the hotel.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful, that day the elevator was under maintenance and the receptionist came down and helped me with the bags. Good value for the location

The hotel is close to the city center. It’s definitely a plus. It’s convenient for exploring and experiencing everything Milan has to offer. the staff are friendly and accommodating. Plus, having Abdulkerim who speaks Turkish is a great advantage! It is nice to have someone who understands your language and can assist you.

The staff is friendly and helpful (there was a problem with the AC and they helped fast), place is clean, close to the public transport options. Simple amenities provided (towel, etc.), the smart TV is even working! It is a bit old.. But overall good.

There was a kid that ran around through the corridor and the sound is very loud..
