The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location is strategic—just a short walk from Milan Station for long trips and only 3 minutes to the metro, with Line M1 taking you to the Duomo in just 3 stops. The surrounding 2 km area is packed with fancy restaurants, fast food spots, cafés, branded outlet shops, and even custom bracelet shops. The hotel itself is newly renovated with modern facilities. The room was spacious, featuring new beds with amazing mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was brand new, modern, and fully equipped, including a heater. The shampoo and soap provided were of extremely high quality.

The free internet speed was inconsistent and could definitely be improved, especially given the hotel’s recent upgrades. The room could use more lighting, but that’s a personal preference as I love bright spaces. The breakfast was of high quality, but I think adding two more options would make it even better.

We stayed in 3 cities on our trip, so we had 3 Hotels in total and this was the best one! It starts with the girl from the reception: she is so friendly and service orientated and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The room we had on the 4th floor was great: fully red walls with a good bed and a good bathroom equipped with Rituals products. Perfect! The location cant be better: its directly next to the M1 station called Lima. The Metro brings you within 10 minutes directly to the center like the Duomo. It was an amazing stay and we would again choose this hotel if we stay in Milano. We loved it! Thank you very much for this marvellous stay. ❤️

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, close to Milano Centrale train station. The room was clean, well decorated (eccentrically, but pretty!), and comfortable.

Very small things: the overhead shower didn't work, only the wand (but the temperature and pressure were fine). We could hear the neighboring rooms a little more than we would have liked, but it didn't stop us from sleeping.

The room was smaller than expected, but it was still perfect for a 2-night, one-person stay. It was convenient to have a water kettle in the room to make my own tea. I really loved that my room had a bathtub outside the bathroom and in the room itself - that was special and funky. Also great to have a bidet in the restroom. Hotel was just a few steps from the LIMA subway station, that was GREAT. Breakfast was not huge but had enough variety and all you need to kickstart the day, with efficient cappuccino or coffee service. There was a mini-mini fridge in the room which is practical. Everyone working there was helpful and friendly, from reception to barista to cleaner. Only maybe the nighttime receptionist was a bit slow for my check-in at midnight when I was so tired and couldn't wait to get to my room, but I guess no one is too quick at that time of night. Wifi was good.

There were constant wafts of cigarette smoke smell in the hallway. People are not behaving and smoking, so better to remind guests there is no smoking in the rooms. Elevator was VERY slow but that is minor and ok to make people take the stairs and exercise.

The hotel is in the heart of shopping street Via Buenas Aires and the rooms are very nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The rooms are extremely small. There is no place where you can move around and no place where you can open your suitcase. This is very inconvenient.

The hotel seems pretty small but the room had everything wee needed, good bed, good size room, clean bathroom, no hard smells of perfumes or cleaning solutions. As we had a flight cancelation in Bergamo, traveled for 1h to center Milan we were pleased to arrive at this "John Wich" looking hotel, which has reception open 24h.

Sadly the AC was not working but we slept with the windows open(23C), the streets of Milan are busy but there's nothing some good earplugs can't fix.

The staffs are nice and great. The room was small but very nice. The air conditioner and the phone didn’t work so that was a bummer, however, it’s located in a great area and it’s safe. I would recommend it.

The location is very close to the Central Station and close to the metro stations and tram. There are markets and nice restaurants in the area. Overall I liked the hotel.

The bed was two combined single beds which I find uncomfortable. Also the room was a little bit cold for our taste and there was no device to heat up the room but to be hones we we didn’t ask about it to reception. Also I find it weir the sink is not in the bathroom but in the bedroom but maybe it is a cultural thing I don’t know.

The hotel is in a convenient location easily reached by bus from Milano Centrale. The bed was comfortable. Nice tiny toilet with sink. I liked the nostalgic touch. As there was no room for a shower in the "bath" they put a nostalgic bathtub in the room. That's an original solution to the problem. The room was so tiny that there was no room for a cabinet

The bed only had a thin comforter while the outside temperature was still rather cold.. I had to wear my woolen sweater as I was cold in bed.
