The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location is strategic—just a short walk from Milan Station for long trips and only 3 minutes to the metro, with Line M1 taking you to the Duomo in just 3 stops. The surrounding 2 km area is packed with fancy restaurants, fast food spots, cafés, branded outlet shops, and even custom bracelet shops. The hotel itself is newly renovated with modern facilities. The room was spacious, featuring new beds with amazing mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was brand new, modern, and fully equipped, including a heater. The shampoo and soap provided were of extremely high quality.

The free internet speed was inconsistent and could definitely be improved, especially given the hotel’s recent upgrades. The room could use more lighting, but that’s a personal preference as I love bright spaces. The breakfast was of high quality, but I think adding two more options would make it even better.

The hotel is extremely well located, a couple steps from the Lima metro station and 10 minutes from Centrale train station. The design of the hotel is really nice, it makes you feel like you’re staying in a special place. The toiletries are really good quality. It’s very clean and all the rooms have a view. I really loved the staff, they were friendly and always super helpful. They speak lots of languages too. Over all a great stay in Milan. I would book again.

The ONLY problem I had was that the WiFi kept disconnecting and wasn’t as strong as you expect in a hotel. I think it could definitely be reinforced to guarantee a seamless experience. I was staying on the second floor.

We stayed in 3 cities on our trip, so we had 3 Hotels in total and this was the best one! It starts with the girl from the reception: she is so friendly and service orientated and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The room we had on the 4th floor was great: fully red walls with a good bed and a good bathroom equipped with Rituals products. Perfect! The location cant be better: its directly next to the M1 station called Lima. The Metro brings you within 10 minutes directly to the center like the Duomo. It was an amazing stay and we would again choose this hotel if we stay in Milano. We loved it! Thank you very much for this marvellous stay. ❤️

Great location near transport and easy to get to everything, and the hotel has quite a nice ambiance. My room was very cute, I really loved it, and very comfortable. I would have liked some air conditioning at night, but I think it was not on for the summer yet :) The staff was all really lovely, breakfast delicious and in a nice setting, and I didn't have any problems with noise while I was there. Great stay, and I will book again!

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is good, near Lima metro station which one can use to get around Milan easily. the hotel is also located just 2 minutes walk from Corso Buenos Aires which is good for shopping. It is also 10 minutes walk from Milan Central train station.

The breakfast was fine, not a lot of variety but can do the job if you want to eat a quick bite and leave early in the morning.

Location is great! 10 min walk from the Milano centrale, metro station is on the corner. Very comfy bed. It is very clean room and bathroom. Breakfast is tasty and varios. And most important - stuff! of the hotel Especialy Mary - front desk resepsionist! Best supportive stuff ever! I want to thank Mary for her help and support during my stay in Casual Eclettico Milano, she does her best to the hotel guests!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is excellent, close to Milano Centrale train station. The room was clean, well decorated (eccentrically, but pretty!), and comfortable.

Very small things: the overhead shower didn't work, only the wand (but the temperature and pressure were fine). We could hear the neighboring rooms a little more than we would have liked, but it didn't stop us from sleeping.

I like this hotel: the corner room with 3 windows and great view, with the bathtub inside the room. I asked for such a vintage style room and electric kettle, additionally, and I have got everything I want. The location, air conditioning, towels and bedding, bathing facilities and free wifi was ok also.

Hotel was in a great place right by the metro, 2 stops to the centre. turn right after leaving hotel & you will find plenty of bars around (atmosphere wine bar). Excellent choice of restaurants. Will be looking to return to Milan & will look at booking this hotel again.
