The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. The location is strategic—just a short walk from Milan Station for long trips and only 3 minutes to the metro, with Line M1 taking you to the Duomo in just 3 stops. The surrounding 2 km area is packed with fancy restaurants, fast food spots, cafés, branded outlet shops, and even custom bracelet shops. The hotel itself is newly renovated with modern facilities. The room was spacious, featuring new beds with amazing mattresses and pillows. The bathroom was brand new, modern, and fully equipped, including a heater. The shampoo and soap provided were of extremely high quality.

The free internet speed was inconsistent and could definitely be improved, especially given the hotel’s recent upgrades. The room could use more lighting, but that’s a personal preference as I love bright spaces. The breakfast was of high quality, but I think adding two more options would make it even better.

Location is excellent very close by metro station, hotel style is amazing and freshly renewed, everything worked in a good way, efficient staff, smooth check in/check out, very good cleaning, breakfast was good and different every day, big attention to sustainability is a plus, nice quotes spread in the room!

All was as per the booking, but just few points: the room size is pretty small in the single room (10 sqm) but well organized so book a bigger room if you have lot of luggages; there is no soundproof and you can hear all noises from other guests, so bring hear plugs; toileteries were empty but came immediately when requested and of a good quality; at breakfast after 10 many things were missing, not replaced and coffee machine every day wasn't working properly but maybe it was a no-luck time.

I stayed in the "single room with balcony" for 2 nights. Nice and clean room, with a spacious bathroom. I loved the extra-firm bed - I sleep better on this kind of mattress. They even provide 2 bolsters : one firm and one soft, so you can choose. I also appreciated having a kettle to make a quick coffee or tea. The girl at the reception was really friendly and helpful. The only 2 negative points : - You can hear noises from the rooms next door (it was not a big problem for me, I still slept very well), and occasionally there were crackling sounds in the wall from the air conditioning - The minibar doesn't cool anything at all Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and I recommend it ! The hotel is extremely well located, a couple steps from the Lima metro station and 10 minutes from Centrale train station. The design of the hotel is really nice, it makes you feel like you’re staying in a special place. The toiletries are really good quality. It’s very clean and all the rooms have a view. I really loved the staff, they were friendly and always super helpful. They speak lots of languages too. Over all a great stay in Milan. I would book again.

The ONLY problem I had was that the WiFi kept disconnecting and wasn’t as strong as you expect in a hotel. I think it could definitely be reinforced to guarantee a seamless experience. I was staying on the second floor.

I found this hotel by chance after deciding to book another place in Milan because my initial booking was too far out of the city centre. The staff, notably Mary who I spoke with at length, are super lovely, I haven’t encountered such amazing service and kind people for years. The location is very convenient, it’s close to the main station, as well as nice restaurants and only a few metro stops to Duomo. The room itself although small was comfortable, only minus would be the fact that the small bathroom space does flood a bit when you use the shower, but other than that all was fine, and most importantly for those traveling in summer - the air conditioning worked well. I’d highly recommend this spot, especially for solo travelers who are only spending a night or two, as I only stayed for 1 night myself and it was perfect.

The only thing I liked was the front desk staff. I did not have breakfast there. The area is not the best and I regretting staying in that area of Milan.

The room was extremely small, the AC was too strong but would be welcome in hot summer days. The shower was very uncomfortable, small, however hot water temperature was perfect. There was hardly any room to open my suitcase and if I did I could not walk past it. The walls were not very sound proof, you could hear every time someone returned back or left early morning. There were no English TV channels, not even news channels.

One of the best accommodations I’ve been to. Wonderfully decorated, the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I don’t think you can get anything better in Milan for this kind of price in the summer. The staff was very helpful, communicative and went out of their way to make the stay even more comfortable. Mary, the receptionist I had the pleasure of talking with the most during my stay, was delightfully polite, generous and friendly. I will be returning for my business trips in Milan and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great!

I stay in Milan regularly, but had never stayed in this location. Easy walk from central station, very close to great facilities on Corso Buenos Aries and Via Vetruvio. Staff were so helpful, even with a late check in. Really polite and friendly. Room was a great size, very comfortable bed and a coffee machine in the room is always nice. Bathroom was lovely with great products and a good shower. I'll definitely stay here again.

Just the lack of a robe/slippers in the room, it would have been a nice addition.

We stayed in 3 cities on our trip, so we had 3 Hotels in total and this was the best one! It starts with the girl from the reception: she is so friendly and service orientated and made us feel welcome from the first moment. The room we had on the 4th floor was great: fully red walls with a good bed and a good bathroom equipped with Rituals products. Perfect! The location cant be better: its directly next to the M1 station called Lima. The Metro brings you within 10 minutes directly to the center like the Duomo. It was an amazing stay and we would again choose this hotel if we stay in Milano. We loved it! Thank you very much for this marvellous stay. ❤️

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We were allowed to leave our things in the storage room before check-in and after check-out. The room was cleaned quickly and efficiently, after which the room smelled fresh as if we had just checked in. Breakfasts were varied every day from scrambled eggs to pastries. I would also like to highlight the interior design. The hotel is very stylish and beautiful with a convenient location. If we are in Milan again, we will definitely come here.
