The hotel is in a good location and of a very good facilities. It rates 4 stars but I would rate it 5- :) I was traveled with a family and got a family room. We asked for a quite room, and it was really quite. I would underline the good nose protection, if the windows are closed you hear no noise from the street. The stuff is very friendly and always ready to help, besides speak perfect English. The hotel has a parking for additional charge. Also there are a small gym and sauna on the 8th floor. The breakfast is good enough and has a lot of options like gluten or lactose free, that might be important for some people. The location is also good. You can reach the center in 25-30 minutes walk or in 10 minutes by Metro. Near the Hotel you can find a small supermarket and a lot of restaurants and brand boutiques. In a walk (5 minutes) there are metro stations of red and green line. So transport logistic around the city is very easy. Definitely I can recommend this hotel for stay in Milan.

Staff was really friendly and helpful, always happy to help, hotel has a good standard, great location. We didnt make use of the breakfast or other hotel facilities but it looked good.

Shower area (not the whole bathroom) was weirdly setup, long enough area to stand in, but very narrow. I think if you're somewhat larger, it would be hard to shower here. Not only because it's narrow but also because the shower head was located on a weird place (on the longer wall) which made showering hard and with every turn I hit either the door, the shower knobs or the rack for your shower stuff. If it was located on narrow wall, you could at least use the length of the shower area to shower more easily, but would still be narrow.

The staff at check in were so lovely. They upgraded us for free to a suite, even though we didn’t ask. It was such a kind gesture and made our stay with a baby that much more enjoyable. Room came with free water daily, room was cleaned perfectly. They helped bring our suitcases up. Overall was an amazing experience and left a 10/10 impression for us, if we come back to Milan we know where we’re staying! Special shoutout to Bernadeth who checked us in, greeted us with smiles, upgraded us and then escorted us to our room.

The only negative though small, was there is only stairs from the entrance down to reception, the elevators up to the rooms are also small and only fit 1 person and suitcase though this is normal in most of europe.

We stayed here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The lobby was gorgeously decorated and the receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. They gave us a pillow menu and made every effort to be accommodating to our requests. We enjoyed walking around the area in the evening. The Duomo was a very short taxi ride away (could have walked but it was almost midnight on Christmas Eve). The atmosphere in this hotel is really lovely.

The two rooms we had were overly heated (due to it being cold outside). Opening the window for a minute was the only way to cool it down for a while.

The room I was provided with was exceptional; The breakfast was very varied with many healthy / dietary friendly options; the staff were very helpful and accommodating; good location close to Corso Buenos Aires and metro stop Lima; nice room service food (although a bit pricey extra charge for it); would likely stay again

Pillows were a bit too soft (there is a pillow menu but it was personally a bit awkward to ask for a different one and to understand which one would be best for my neck); breakfast can get a bit busy and chaotic when there are big groups dining at same time

Size of room, comfortable beds, breakfast, Wi-Fi was easy to connect to as well as reasonably fast. Staff at the front desk, at the restaurant as well as the bell people are all very attentive and helpful. This is the third time we have stayed at the Ritz in Milano, and we will be back again.

The approach to car parking and the entry to the hotel garage is not clear. Very tight spots and two gates to get past - each time one needs to call the front desk by pushing a non-marked button on the pad; it took a while to get answered.

This hotel was situated in a fairly easy location to reach from the train station, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Upon arrival the first thing I noticed was how AMAZING the hotel entrance smells, I love a great smell. The rooms were a fair size and the beds super comfortable. The Breakfast was ok, nothing super impressive but also not disappointing.

The rooms and facilities are a little tired, not sure if this was only in our room but I expected it to be of a higher standard, we had a little bit of mould in the shower cubicle but it was not down to lack of cleaning, I believe it was in the actual sealant around the shower.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during my trip to Italy, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by Piero in reception. From the moment I checked in, Piero went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine care for the guests truly set him apart. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions, assisting with reservations, or simply offering a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor, Piero's dedication to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction. I am truly grateful for Piero's assistance during my time at the hotel. His exemplary service made my stay all the more memorable, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, thanks in large part to Piero's outstanding contributions.

Everything was good but the breakfast is repeat everyday

My family and I had a really lovely stay at the Star Ritz Hotel. It's a great location and for the price a really good option. It looked clean and classy in the photos and met those expectations. My expectations were also exceeded from the complimentary slippers, bathrobes and water. We were even given umbrellas to use on our stay as it was raining. The bed was comfortable and the room really nice and cosy with the separate sleeping and living-room area. The bathroom was also really nice and clean. I'd definitely recommend the hotel for a family of three, as I went with my mum and my sister. It was spacious, staff were great and an excellent location for sightseeing and also close enough to the station for a quick taxi ride, incase you have an early train to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay, so don't think there's anything that needs to be improved. The view isn't amazing, it was just of the next door hotel, but I wasn't really paying for that.

we stayed here 2 different nights and had a triple room. 3 adults!!!! my friend had to sleep on the couch both nights! really???? you should have 3 beds in a triple room. I would remove a star from your rating because of that.
