In general, everything was in accordance to expectations and the comments found here.

The single biggest issue with my stay here is that the bathroom's water heater really really s**ks! Considering it's late spring in Italy, so the temperatures are slightly more bearable. But even so I was shivering every time I walked out of the shower. There is NO sustained heated water beyond 10~30 seconds so I tried to do everything within 5 minutes. Goosh I know there's a war going on in Europe that pushes up energy prices, but pls if you must cut, cut from the aircon or lighting. Why cut from the water heater? I complained to a young chap earlier during my stay but he said that no customers have complained. So I suppose nobody in the world likes a decent hot shower? The only positive thing is that it undoubtedly made a lasting impact on me during my 5 nights stay here.

very simple and pretty secure. pods were private. What I just want to say is that the negative reviews are so dramatic!!! This place is a youth hostel, not the hilton. of course it’s not going to be perfect. Everything worked fine, there was free breakfast, and it was nice and easy to understand. I’d totally stay here again! The rooms are air conditioned too, but not the pods individually. I have no complaints at all!

Nothing! Sure the shower seals were a touch mouldy as other people have said, but considering this is a budget youth hostel without infinite resources and money, it’s honestly expected. Just don’t look too closely and everything will be fine lol.

Liked the set up, nice relaxed atmosphere, mix of people staying there, not noisy or disruptive, adequate amenities, kitchen area small but ok, generally tidy. Location was good, far enough out of CBD to enjoy some quiet and relax, but still close to everything, nice walk into centre from there, plenty shops and restaurants nearby. Really liked the privacy the pods offered, they were good. Stayed in many hostels, first time in a pod.

The shower in my hostel bedroom was shared, but I could not use it to shower or use toilet? as it was flooding the full bathroom and out into our bedroom. Not sure if this was just because people were misusing the shower and not keeping the cubicle door closed but it was annoying and a slip hazard. Would be good if it could be addressed. I opted to use communal shower and toilet outwith room.

- The location is quite good. But it is quite far for walking from the central station, where the airport bus stops. -There are restaurants, supermarkets nearby. - The cabin design is quite functional and quite private. The blackout curtain with magnet is really useful. - There is a bathroom inside the female dormitory. This is really good point.

- Unfriendly receptionist and didn't talk cleary English. - I can also confirm like many reviews that the bathroom was dirty and stinking from urine. The lock was broken, and a primitive lock was used instead. None from outside could see whether the bathroom was occuplied. The shower door couldn't be closed properly, then the floor was always wet. - There is no locker, either you put your luggage in the cabin or leave it outside. Highly recommend to request the lower bed. - check out 11am. It should be at 12 pm.

I liked the privacy of the cubicles and the bottom foyer spaces with the bar. The breakfast was yummy as well. The place is a short walk from Lima metro and close to shops and cafes. Even though its located in busy area, the hostel is in a quiet location.

Stayers need to look after their food items in the fridge and keep the fridge clean. There were slight maintenance issues in the shared bathroom and the space is tight without hangers to hook things on to. But these are minimal. Be aware there are stairs to carry your luggage to the entry.

Cabin was perfect for privacy in the hostel. Great location. My flight was delayed, and I checked in late at night, and the reception was open even for late check-in. 14 mins walk from where the shuttle buses from the airport leaves you, and I felt safe to walk to the hostel at night. Duomo and other attractions near are 30 mins walk or 14 mins away by metro. Also close to Milano central railway station (20 mins walk) or 13-15 mins by bus. Quiet and calm area, and the breakfast was a plus( be early to have all the options). Had additional locker options to store luggage. Number locks are given to you at check-in, so, don't have to worry about losing the key.

Though I got the upper cabin, so had the trouble of climbing the ladder up and down. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Locker inside the cabin was not locking as someone before me left without changing the number lock. Staff came to help upon request, but they couldn't fix it, so I used the locker outside, I carried own lock, so didn't had to purchase from the hostel (4 euros). Toilets could have been cleaner.

Two best things about this hostel is its location (within 2 km from the Milano Central Station) and staff (very pleasant and helpful). Other good things: great breakfast (many different choices, especially orange-juice), flexible check-in and cosy, friendly and safe ambient, extremely good- and speed-quality WiFi.

Although I was optimistic, I personally didn't like this concept (although I've stayed in hostels many times before). Not suitable for claustrophobic people. Limited space for personal belongings. Every-time I took a shower, there was no hot water. The bathroom wasn't that clean.

Facilities were nice, like the concept of capsules and it was within a reasonable distance of the station

They set up the obligation of checking in online because "it makes the process easier", but I had to go through the process 10 times, uploading my passport and even a photo with me and my passport, only to be welcomed with another email if I could complete the check in. I messaged them several times without any response, which kept me anxious until the very last day. When I called, there was a very grumpy guy answeing: we are open 24/7. WHAT WAS THE WHOLE PURPOSE OF CHECKING IN ONLINE IF I HAD TO PROVIDE MY PASSPORT I. PERSON ANYWAY

Staff were very friendly. Given a token to use for a free drink anytime during our stay (water, wine, beer, coffee). Breakfast was good - buffet style pastries, bread, cheese, fruit, coffees and juice. We checked in very late at night, around 3am, but this was no problem. We stayed in a double cabin - it was veryyyy small!! Fine for us because we just needed it to sleep. Towels and linen included.

Bathrooms were quite dirty and there was no shampoo/shower gel - need to bring your own. Dirtiness of bathrooms was due to guests not making an effort to keep it clean, so can't be fully blamed on the hostel.
