Room was perfect for family of four. A taxi ride from the Central station, not too far. Just off a main shopping street. 20 mins walk from hotel to centre of Milan, Duomo. Lovely restaurant across the road and v good coffee shop next door, great for breakfast . Staff all v pleasant and helpful. Room v clean.

No tea/coffee making facility in the room. Fridge there for your convenience but only one bottle of water left. Room was for 4!

Great location, nice rooftop terrace for coffee in morning. Stayed in the family room with 3 teenagers and had good space. Very comfortable.

Some of the front desk staff was unfriendly and acted as if being bothered when questions were asked.

Fantastic staff who were really friendly and happy to help. Baggage drop and late checkout meant that we were able to make the most of our stay. The family room was spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Location was close to a metro stop to get to the Duomo

Possibly my own fault due to not knowing Milan, but the location isn't really "central" - its 30 mins walk to the Duomo from the Hotel. Breakfast was €15 each so we ventured out for food instead

Great location for Milan Central train station approx 10 mins walk and Downton about 20 mins walk. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops close by, with a lovely coffee/bakery/bar next door and a lively restaurant over the road. Comfy bed, housekeeping everyday , mini fridge in room with 2 bottles of water which can be refilled for free at the water station in reception. You can also get hot water from same water station with mugs available at the bar area. Felt really safe as always someone on reception and CCTV.

Needs a shelf in the bathroom to put things. Would be really good if a plug socket was near the mirror in the bedroom , so you can do your hair. The lighting is weird as on sensors but switch on and off whenever., example- on leaving the room the light above the tv would come on ( in centre of room ) no reason why ?? The carpet in the corridors look like they have something spilt on them but it is the pattern, thankfully it's tiles in the rooms.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to the Corso do Buenos Aires and lots of great shops and restaurants as well as transport links around this wonderful city. We booked two double rooms. Both were very comfortable and clean. The beds and pillows were great, with two types of pillow to suit your individual preference. The shower and bathroom facilities were good. There is a fridge in the room and we were grateful for the ice-cold bottles of water!

Unfortunately we left personal items in both rooms, one item in particular I really needed. I acknowledge this was our mistake and we should not have been so remiss. However we were told that all items left in rooms are as protocol brought down to reception by the housekeeping staff. Over the course of the following 10 days I rang back a couple of times and even visited the hotel during our stay in Italy however nothing of ours was handed in. So I was disappointed about that - surely all items that the housekeeping staff find in rooms should automatically be handed into reception? I'm trying not to blame anyone but surely they don't just put useful stuff (including electronics and new toiletries) in the bin? Other than that - a great stay.

Good location only 3 minutes from subway station. Drivers have a drop off spot in front of hotel for unloading luggage and check-in. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff handled requests for leaving luggage and transfer to airport efficiently.

Auto light cutoff feature in bathroom left us in the dark a few times.

The front desk staff Mido and Andrea are true professionals. They are very kind and pleasant. Because of them we enjoyed our stay a whole lot more. Andrea told us where to go in Milan which may our stay in Milan very enjoyable. Mido and Andrea are truly an asset to the hotel.

The Air Condition in the room made our stay not very pleasant. It was hot and humid and the A/C did not cool very well. IBIS HOTELS have the A/C limited to very low airflow and control the temperature in a way that the room never gets cold. ( I stayed in different IBIS HOTELS and encounter the same issue.

Amazing value for money, this cost us £50 for the night so only £25 per person and wow it definitely is value for money. Although it is not in the centre, it is a 2 minute walk to the metro which is only a few stops away from the centre. The room was really nice and modern and quite spacious, the only thing is the lighting was a bit dark in the bathroom but that is the only downfall I could say! The staff were really friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for the day once we had checked out. I would 100% recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

Recommend it for a city break, it is a 15min walk from Milano Centrale and 30min walk to the Duomo. Located near a big boulevard with a lot of stores and accessible to public transportation. In front of the hotel you have a pizza place and its saving you time and dinner. The room was enough for what we needed, clean and comfortable tiny room. For the prices in Milan, Its a great place. We will return to ibis.

Kids loved that they had there own bed up the stair.
