I forgot my medicine in the drawer of the bedside table and it has been impossible to reach the hotel by phone or email so that I could retrieve it. That's not good enough!

Breakfast was fine.

The location is easy access to everywhere via metro but the street of the hotel is not fancy. Although he doesn't speak English, the receptionist is a good person. If you ever have to stay here just get some olive bread from the bakery on the next corner and have only coffee from the hotel's breakfast.

The door was very hard to open I was scared to miss my flight no water no carpet the room is cold

nothing at all it was very cold no heating at all and staff don’t speak English

the rooms the linen the bathroom everything smell really bad and it was very cold inside the room when I asked the staff he said the heating is not working in the hotel I had paid so much money for this hotel and it was really horrendous

No air conditioning. Door didn't lock from the inside. Bad neighborhood. No blanket. Sheets were rough.
