Quaint little hotel, within walking distance from Milano Centrale, perfect if you want to go on day trips by train. The room was large enough for the two of us. There’s also a green oasis of a garden in front of the hotel, if you want to have your coffee or a meal there. THE best part about the place are the employees, though. They’re the nicest people you can meet, friendly and welcoming. I can’t have dairy and when I asked for a cappuccino and they didn’t have any lactose-free milk one morning, the following day they made sure I had two alternative milks to choose from. Lovely! ♥️

The hotel was about 10 minutes walk from Milan’s Central Railway Station. It was also close to a Metro Station. There were many restaurants and bars close to the hotel. We ate at 2 very good restaurants near the hotel. We had breakfast in the morning in the hotel. We had a buffet of cereals and milk or yogurt, croissants with jam, bread with boiled eggs,ham, cheese. Also a variety of coffee and hot water for tea. It was very good and at a reasonable price.

At the time there was a problem with the lift which meant it could not be used. This did not affect us as we had a room on the ground floor. It did affect us that the small garden was used for the lift storage at the time, and therefore we could not use this area to have drinks in the evening.

The location was fabulous, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but had a little balcony overlooking the garden and we loved the view from it. The garden provided good respite from the summer heat, with some tables and chairs. The building was a quaint period building, which we liked,

Unfortunately the room didn't have a kettle or a tea/coffee making facility or a fridge. The room was quite small, so I suppose that is why, however most hotels of this quality offer this. On the plus side, Reception did provide water and tea/coffee.

A short walk from the train station, off the main street in a quieter location. Enter through a lovely little patio and up some stairs to a homey front porch. The whole building had a boarding house feel, with a snug parlour, friendly desk staff and (my room at least) small cozy rooms perfect for a solo traveller. Comfortable bed, fluffy duvet, spotless bathroom with locally produced shower products. It reminded me of visiting Italy for the first time as a child with my parents, in the best way.

This was the second time we stayed at Bagliori after a round trip to other locations in Italy. The staff were always extremely friendly and helpful. Staying in a boutique hotel like this highlights the difference from AirB&B-style accommodation where there is no direct human contact. Our room was outstanding and the hotel is located in a quiet street near Stazione Centrale with plenty of local dining options. We will be back!

The elevator was being replaced during our stay, but our room was on the first floor. Not too much of a hassle.

Clean, lift, room and bathroom very spacious. Little garden area but we didn’t use it. A short walk to restaurants and shops. 4 stops on the underground to central Milan, come out next to Duomo.

The shower head was awful, hadn’t been cleaned for a very long time, needs replacing, hated using it. But only complaint. Lady on reception recommended an expensive restaurant, turn right, turn left on the left. Very pushy staff, main course Luke warm, they didn’t like it being returned, 130 euros for 2, not good.

Great location close to train station, took about half an hour to walk into the centre to see the Duomo etc. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, you leave your key with them when you go out and they are there 24/7. Very cute little courtyard as you come in to have a little coffee in. Room was very clean with plenty of space.

Our room was on the top floor in the attic so could get very warm, but once we figured out how to use the aircon it was fine. Shower didn't have great pressure.

The vintage style with a modern comfortable twist is AMAZING.. this hotel was the best part of my trip I LOVED EVERY CORNER .. And the staff very friendly and helpful.. clean and quiet , safe and perfect. Also close to the metro station so it's easy to reach the center without having to stay in crowded areas

Really friendly staff, great location for the central station, good breakfast, air-conditioned, nice decor in the rooms and a pleasant environment to arrive at after a long day travelling. The room was a good size, and a large bathroom, the bed was really comfortable.

The taps were a little wobbly but it didn't affect our stay.

My partner and I arrived a little worse for wear though in fab-high spirits, and the clerk was super tolerant. Helped partner to room, fizzy water on the house, etc. (He was handsome too.) AND he directed us to this super gay restaurant called ‘little Italy’. What a treat! My partner ate his favourite: battered flowers. And shots were on the house after. Ask for the guy with the octopus on his name tag, forgetting his @ right now. Cocktail sticks on the table. Great for lesbians too. Shared tiramisu. Highly recommended.
