Air conditioning unit was not working for three hours and after two hours of WhatsApp communication with the chat board and a human and a Chatbot and a human we were, then finally asked to move to another apartment Luckily, it was an upgraded apartment and we were allowed to stay there for the entire duration as before moving out, I had mentioned I’m not going to remove back to this room. If you send the technician tomorrow because then I have to hold back into the hotel check out the next room again check-in and that way I would waste my whole day. The concern was how come both the air conditioning units were not functional just blowing air, which means the refrigerant gas for both of them had gone off And how could they not maintain it and give such rooms in the first place? The 2BHK apartment with extra long rooms is the best one to stay in if you’re looking for this hotel apartment Expect a resolution for such problems in minimum one hour time if any basic questions are to be asked the chat Bot will reply instantaneously but if there is a problem with the air conditioning, he will ask you to send multiple images then wait then wait and wait however except for the initial three hours to five hours of pain, rest of the day was extremely comfortable. Hence I am giving five star rating.

The location of the property is extremely good. All the apartments are for guest, so which means there is no resident. All are moving in moving out just like hotel. Just the difference is there is no reception otherwise this is completely like a hotel The property is very well maintained and clean from inside

Lovely courtyard upon entering. For our family of 5, with three teenagers, this was a perfect and roomy stay near the train station (short walk). The apartment had everything we needed, and even some extras stowed In the closet which was thoughtful. Huge bonus to have a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and linens were nice. This works great if you need to stay by the train station, which we did, but otherwise we may have chosen to stay closer to the city center. There were restaurants and small grocery, gelato etc nearby and we felt safe once inside the property.

Going to city center would have been difficult by foot, and it didn’t seem quite as safe an area as the other location we stayed in Milan. But, we needed to be close to the train so it worked out great.

Very modern and well laid out apartment. Big for family 4. Good beds and the location is only 5-7 mins walk from the main train station. Very good traditional bakery by the corner, turn left when you exit the building. Supermarket is nearby again on the left of the building exit 2 mins walk. Everything is done via WhatsApp. Door code and directions.

Very clean, modern and with almost everything you might need

The location is not so nice! However 3 stops away from Duomo by metro ( metro station is around 4 mins walk!) The fridge has a very bad smell. No housekeeping,so in case you are staying for a long time, expect that you will clean by yourself, buy paper towels, and take out the trash. The space is very small, barely enough for 4 people! (They mentioned that the apartment is 4) when clearly its not!

- The water pressure in the shower was not strong enough, the water output was small, and my room was on the first floor. I hope this problem can be improved

Good location close to the train station (<10 min walk), close to metro (5 min walk), close to shopping street (5 min walk) and close to grocery store (2 min walk). Several options for cheap take-aways if your are eating at the apartment. The neighbourhood is alright if you don't mind lots of "friendly" graffiti on the neighbouring buildings :) We had no issues with the neighbourhood. Good space within apartment. Two bathrooms. Separate air condition in each room. All essential equipment, like dishwasher, washing machine with laundry rack, iron with ironing board, a nice gas stove and Nespresso machine, we used it all and it all worked well. We were 10 days and it seems that the apartment is cleaned once a week and the staff notifies you via text message when apartment will be cleaned, which is nice. The WiFi got disconnected one evening but staff were quick to order repair and it got fixed the morning after. Staff is good in answering messages via Booking.

Door could be difficult to open. Sometimes the rotary handle did not catch the locking mechanism to open the door. It seemed if the rotary handle was turned several rounds to the right before trying again with the code, it would eventually manage to catch the locking mechanism to open the door, but it could require several "nerve-racking" retries :) The time between entering the code and activation of the door handle is short, so you must be quick. The location is close to the train station so you will hear trains arriving, but it didn't bother us that much.

We truly loved our stay at Numa Loreto! The hotel honestly exceeded all expectations and might just be the nicest aparthotel I’ve ever experienced. The biggest highlight – and something that deserves special mention – is the cleanliness. It’s incredibly rare to find a place where everything is this spotless! The moment I walked into the room, I instantly felt at home – it was just that welcoming and comfortable. The location is also very convenient – close to public transport and easy to get around. The room was well-designed, and had absolutely everything we needed for a stay. We also appreciated the smooth, contactless check-in process – everything felt modern and easy. I usually enjoy trying different hotels when I travel, but this is one of those rare cases where I’d truly love to come back to the same place.

Wonderful stay! It was clean, had great A/C, bed was comfortable, spacious, great WIFI, easy to enter, had an elevator, easy to get to from the train station, quiet, great kitchen, and responsive hosts. We utilized the washing machine and drying rack which was very helpful since we were at the end of our Europe trip. They also supplied all the toiletries you could need!

Location was near the train station, however, it was on a very busy street that had questionable characters on it at night. We could hear the person above us walking around. So if you're a light sleeper this may not be the place for you.

Loved the easy automated check in process. Facilities were great! new, clean, spacious. Location is very convenient, close to the station, it’s not pretty outside because it’s a busy center street, it has a couple of good grocery stores around the corner.

They only provided a thick blanket/ comforter but not a flat sheet below it, so we spent the night between being too hot with the blanket or too cold without it. Easily solvable with a flat sheet!!

Location close to Metro and trams. Apartment also close to Centrale Station for Airport transfers and day trip to Lake Como. Apartment very clean on arrival. No staff - check in done electronically. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Air conditioned apartment nice to return to after a day sightseeing. Bathroom great with fantastic shower.

Wardrobe door missing. Although no issues ourselves we did see some people having to contact Numa having not been sent PIN to gain entry.
