It took me a long time to choose a hotel in Milan) I want to share my wonderful impressions: The location of the hotel is gorgeous, 10 minutes walk from Milan Central Station The hotel itself (closed territory-security 100%) We had a wonderful room with a terrace) we had a wonderful view of the small garden in the yard) in the morning we woke up to the birds singing 🤍 The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay) safe, TV, mini fridge, slippers, shampoo, soap, towel)))) Breakfast was a wonderful buffet-everyone can find what they like from the food )Breakfast in the garden is a kind of gastronomic pleasure! I will separately note all the staff of the hotel. Kind, responsive people - professionals) and of course a separate love is the dog 🐕))))) 🤎 I recommend to all . Great hotel - will only stay here, already told all my friends wait for guests!

What I really liked about the property was how clean and well-maintained everything was—it felt very comfortable and welcoming. The location was also perfect, just a short walk from Milan Centrale, which made getting around the city incredibly convenient. Most of all, the staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference in our stay.

What I didn’t like was the air conditioning—it wasn’t blowing cold air and the airflow was quite weak. It didn’t really cool the room, which was especially uncomfortable during the hot summer weather.

This is a modest 3 star hotel with a pretty garden and friendly staff. Although the room was quite plain , the bathroom was impressively spacious and well equipped, with an excellent shower,and the air conditioning was a real bonus in a scorching week. The hotel is in a quiet street and has key pad entry. It is near the central station , and has a bakery and market very nearby. The restaurants recommended by the hotel were good , especially the Milan Kitchen. A good breakfast included English tea and excellent coffee made to order on the machine . Since April 2025 tourist tax now has to be paid in cash €6.30 per person per night at this hotel.The Duomo and museums are easily reached by metro. We Would be happy to stay there again

Be aware that there is no bar

The location was great less than 10 minutes walk from Milano Centrale. It was further to walk to the centre of the city but the walk wasn’t at all difficult passing through a park on the way. The metro and the tram both had stops very close to the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and could be eaten on the veranda or in the lovely garden. Our room was incredibly quiet with a little balcony overlooking the garden. The linen and towels were good quality.

The road the hotel was on looked a bit ‘rough’, graffiti etc. but we realised a lot of Italy is like this. Don’t be put off by it.

The rooms are very clean, with housekeeping service every day (no "do not disturb" signs to use though). Amenities (i.e shower gel, shampoo, slipers etc) available and all staff and the host are super friendly. The terrace outside is also lovely. The owner has a little dog and it was such a pleasure to play around with her. She used to bring over her toys every time she saw us and by the end of our visit we were very good friends (I personally love dogs, so for me this was a plus). The breakfast eating area is smal, but we always found a table available to sit at. The hotel has a little bar which is available throughout the day until around 9pm, after which only a selection of full bottle drinks can be purchased from reception.

The room we stayed in was small. There were only 2 plastic cups available (packed in plastic bags - so not very sustainable). No glass drinking cups, or anything as such. We had to ask from reception, and it was accommodated without any problems. The breakfast is mostly pastries and cakes. So if you're not into sweet stuff, it would be a little struggle. They do have boiled eggs and a small selection of ham and cheese though.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable, very close to the central station so convenient for day trips out of milan.

No elevator, there was no hot water for one of the days, breakfast is very limited, hard-boiled eggs were not fresh. Long walk from the center (around 40 mins). If you’re scared of dogs, you should know the owners have a dog that they keep loose on the property but they were kind enough to keep it far from people that were scared.

Near train station. is it’s own little oasis with garden (and breakfast and drinks). Liked that it is gated. Spotless! Well-maintained. I loved the garden and the little dog that was in it one day. The staff ( ?owners) were so pleasant and kind. I was there 3 nights. This is my new hotel to always go to when in Milan (twice each year).

I arrived at a very very busy time for the train station and a lot of panhandlers etc. That all was back to normal the next time I was there a few days later. Keep in mind I am a wary solo traveler….The hotel worked with me to get taxis easily and to identify near routes to excellent restaurants. I think they do this for all guests but i appreciate the care.

I really felt like home like I would visit my grandparents. Our room had a balcony from which u could see the wonderful green garden side. We really liked our stay cause it had this home feeling. Everything necessary was in the room and what is always most important for me the room was clean. What I also have to mention is the very very sweet dog of the owners named ‘Meringa’ if I don’t pronounce wrong, she was so cute me and my boyfriend played every morning with her the ball game ☺️ really missing her. Thank you for the nice stay.

It is not directly located in the city center like for example around 40 min walking distance to Duomo. But we used public transport or walked so it was not a very big problem. The breakfast was small but also okay.

There are two buildings in the hotel. The host was very helpful and opened the luggage elevator for the luggage to arrive at the second floor. People use stairs here. I was in November and it was warm enough in the room. I liked the scent of soap in the bathroom and cozy sleepers.

I actually liked everything. But a kettle for a tired traveler would be of great delight: to have a cup of tea in the evening on a cold November night. Also be prepared to wait for your breakfast turn in the morning even at 7.30 as the dining area is not that big. If you live in the opposite building like me, do not forget a warm jacket or a coat, it is rather chilly to have breakfast in the garden (though it is a winter covered terrace).
