Excellent location in quiet street close to central train station and even closer to the Metro station Lima. The staff is very friendly, as well as mainly one of the two cats. The room was clean and spacious.

A lot of noise comes from the ground floor starting very early in the morning probably from housekeeping or breakfast preparation. This is probably also due to the acoustics in most Italian buildings (floor tiles, no carpets).

It was a nice room with air conditioning and TV for a good price and close to the Central station. And a nice garden as a view from balcony. Bed was clean and comfortable, AC worked perfect. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. Interior style is a bit outdated. My husband is very ill with MCS, mobility and stability impairments and he loved the place.

Size of lift was a bit creepy. Sound permeability of the walls.

Simple and comfortable room with air conditioning. Common areas of the hotel are okay as well, with a garden at the back and a place to leave luggage. The staff are very kind and helpful. Great location, 5 minutes to the central station and close to various shops and restaurants.

The square in front of the hotel is poorly frequented at night, which made us feel somewhat uneasy. The shower drain was completely blocked, making it uncomfortable to take a shower

The hotel is located in a big square, they hold a market there a couple of days a week (Saturday morning for sure). The hotel is a bit old but it has a very charming garden where you can have breakfast. The breakfast was fine and the price really reasonable. The staff were quite nice and helpful.

The lift is a bit small.

The garden is indeed a small paradise where you may hide during the very hot days in Milano. Having also the two cats and turtles around was making it very cozy and peaceful to "escape" from the tempo and crowds in the city. The owner was like a friend to us and gave us helpful tips where and what to do and try. The Hotel reception and minibar were open all the time so you could easily take a soft drink and enjoy it in the garden. There was also a lovely restaurant nearby if you're into fish and seafood - Mediterranea, for breakfast there is also a small bakery on the corner of backstreet - Panificio Maria Vailati if you're willing to eat outside of the Hotel.

I believe the Hotel is quite ok, perhaps slightly better upkeep as some drawers were sticky and under the bed was a bit dusty, but on the contrary we've had very clean towels and sheets as well as the bathroom was in good shape. A bit noisy during the early hours as there is a Market happening twice per week right in front of the Hotel on the big parking lot. Overall a bit unsafe streets around in the evening, but the city has its pickpockets all around.

Location is really good. Very close to metro stations. Staff is helpful and kind. Room and sheets were clean. After check-out, you can store your luggages. Garden view is so nice. I suggest to choose main roads while walking to feel safer.

Lift is really but really small. You can not use if you have a little bit claustrophobia. Shower is small, a fully grown man fits barely.

Very friendly Staff,absolutely clean room and bathroom, fresh and clean towels, overall excellent experience. We've been to 3 and 4 star hotels and this one had similar and/or better standard! Keep up the great work! And the cats! Both super friendly and playful!

The shower was a bit tiny, but as the bathroom was super clean it's a minor inconvenience. Also, but not a bad thing but if you're a northern person we're more used to duvets, but again not a big issue.

The property was okay, was taken care of and clean. You can see that the hotel had better days but I think both the owner and the cleaning crew what they can to preserve it.

Paper walls (we could hear our neighbours snore) and the WiFi was failing the whole time. The elevator was really claustrophobic but okay, I understand why it was built like this. The bathroom was clean but the shower head was full of salts so I think a replacement is necessary.

Clean and comfortable for the money, friendly staff and in a good central location close to the metro system and many excellent restaurants. For a basic hotel I would recommend it for the quite location.

Nothing to do with the hotel, just the cost of everything these days makes even a short stay expensive to pre Covid times

The hotel is really near to the main train station and 20-30 mins walking distance from the center and the Duomo. The beds are big and comfy. Room was clean and nice. Also the bathroom is big enough. The staff were really polite and answered all the questions we had. There is a Caffè in the hotel where you can drink coffee in a lovely backyard
