The hotel was overall excellent – very clean and comfortable. A special thanks to Oleg at the reception, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, with plenty of variety and good quality. However,

However, one downside was the behavior of the ladies working in the breakfast area. They seemed more interested in gossiping about guests – especially couples – and commenting on what and how much people were eating. It created an unpleasant atmosphere in an otherwise great experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. We got a very quiet room (facing the inner courtyard), found the AC on (very hot outside, so it was great) and the AC would stay on while away, so the room was always cool. Bed was comfy, the minibar had a decent selection of drinks and everyone was nice. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and they surprised us at breakfast with a muffin with a candle in it - such a nice gesture! It's also right next to the M1 metro line, so well connected to everything. We also looked up a few nice restaurants we wanted to go to, and luckily found out they were actually within walking distance from the hotel so a nice area overall. It's also walking distance from Milano Centrale (train station), so easy to walk even with luggage.

It's my second experience in LHP hotels in Italy. I am completely satisfied like the first time. A very beautiful hotel, with lovely colors, nice decoration and very polite and helpful personnel in the reception desk and other services as well. The room was comfortable and very clean as expected, with a big bed and a wonderful bathroom. I also liked the lighting. Breakfast was great and the location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and just 1 minute walk from the metro station. Totally recommended. From now on LHP Hotels will be my priority every time i visit Italy.

I would appreciate a spa center like LHP Hotel in Naples. Just kidding everything was excellent.

Just had 4 days in Milan and stayed at this hotel. Fantastic service, staff were so welcoming. Lovely and stylish. Very clean. We went for my Daughter's 18th birthday. The staff were amazing so attentive. Special thanks to Rosa who greeted us on our way out in the evening and served us a free bottle of prosecco with nibbles, and special thank you to the ladies who served breakfast and presented her with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Everyone made the stay so special. As for the hotel the location was a 2 minute walk to a main road full of shops and the Lima metro stop that was really easy to navigate to all other areas of Milan. Lovely pastry shop, mini-mart and pizza restuarant and bar right outside the hotel too. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, bed nice a comfy too.

Walls are a little thin, could here noise from the corridor but this can't be helped...took some ear plugs and had a great night sleep otherwise

Lovely location amongst some lovely restaurants, gelato shop, pizzaria etc Also a short walk to all the good shops Metro is 1min walk with easy links to Grand Centrale and Duomo (although we actually walked it from the Centrale station and back with our luggage as it was not far at all and is a very easy straightforward walk. Hotel itself is nice, clean and modern. Room was lovely with balcony and comfy bed. Breakfast was really great, lots of options to cater for all. Coffee and hot chocolate were superb!

The location is great, right next to the Lima metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Having both a coffee pot and an espresso machine was a real treat, especially for someone like me who loves a good espresso early in the morning. I also appreciated the private space next to the reception for getting some work done.

The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

The walls and door were not very soundproofed. So that is worth being aware beforehand.

Located near the train station with very good access to metro lines directly to the main attractions. Lot of diner options near by. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. There was a fridge in the room.

The room was nice but the bathroom could have been cleaner. The breakfast area was a little cramped. Luckily it was never full when we went for breakfast.
