We had a wonderful stay in this hotel during our stay in Milan, and one of the highlights was the incredible service provided by Rosa at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly at home. Rosa went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed; whether it was offering spot-on local recommendations, helping us find specific places, or simply greeting us each day with genuine warmth. She was efficient, thoughtful, and incredibly well informed and more like having a personal version of Google and even better right at the reception. Rosa is a real asset to the hotel, and thanks to her, our Milan experience was even more memorable. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location, just a few meters from a metro station, making it very easy to access all the main city attractions. It’s also situated in a safe and elegant area, close to Milano Centrale station, but in a much quieter and more pleasant neighborhood than the immediate surroundings of the central station. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise, better than what we experienced in hotels in other parts of Italy, with good variety and quality. The room was also very clean and well maintained, adding to the comfort of our stay. Highly recommend for both location and service - especially if Rosa is there! Thank you so much Rosa.. It's my second experience in LHP hotels in Italy. I am completely satisfied like the first time. A very beautiful hotel, with lovely colors, nice decoration and very polite and helpful personnel in the reception desk and other services as well. The room was comfortable and very clean as expected, with a big bed and a wonderful bathroom. I also liked the lighting. Breakfast was great and the location was excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and just 1 minute walk from the metro station. Totally recommended. From now on LHP Hotels will be my priority every time i visit Italy.

I would appreciate a spa center like LHP Hotel in Naples. Just kidding everything was excellent.

Just had 4 days in Milan and stayed at this hotel. Fantastic service, staff were so welcoming. Lovely and stylish. Very clean. We went for my Daughter's 18th birthday. The staff were amazing so attentive. Special thanks to Rosa who greeted us on our way out in the evening and served us a free bottle of prosecco with nibbles, and special thank you to the ladies who served breakfast and presented her with a muffin and a candle and sang happy birthday to her. Everyone made the stay so special. As for the hotel the location was a 2 minute walk to a main road full of shops and the Lima metro stop that was really easy to navigate to all other areas of Milan. Lovely pastry shop, mini-mart and pizza restuarant and bar right outside the hotel too. Rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, bed nice a comfy too.

Walls are a little thin, could here noise from the corridor but this can't be helped...took some ear plugs and had a great night sleep otherwise

The location is great, right next to the Lima metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The staff, both at the reception and in the restaurant, were exceptionally kind and helpful. Having both a coffee pot and an espresso machine was a real treat, especially for someone like me who loves a good espresso early in the morning. I also appreciated the private space next to the reception for getting some work done.

The hotel was located very close to M1 Lima Metro station, which make it very accessible to get to popular places. And it is also very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, that was another plus. The room was space, cozy, and clean. One little critique was that the rom can be a bit hot in the winter. I had to open the windows sometimes. The breakfast downstairs had good variety of food options, too. Lastly, the staffs at the front desk were friendly and truly helpful. They provided good restaurants, transportation info, and tips and tricks for travelers, which made my time in Milan so much greater.

The walls and door were not very soundproofed. So that is worth being aware beforehand.

Location is perfect ( 1 minute walk from a main line direct to centre of Milan and both Exhibition Grounds) Staff were beyond helpful even in advance of my stay; advising and helping with transport to and from the airport. (ALL of ) The staff/ team continued to be helpful through the duration of my stay and seemed genuinely interested in my activities, recommended things to do and see. Received free room upgrade; despite the room being small it was modern, very well equipped and extremely clean.

Air conditioning not working ( due to time of year and early hot weather) but I was immediately offered a fan to be brought to the room. Nothing not to like ( No evening restaurant available but was directed to a number in the neighborhood)

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was diverse, delicious and healthy. The location was also very convenient and close to metro, all sorts of shops and restaurants. Everythig we needed was promptly provided to us.

Maybe it could be nice if we could regulate room temperature, because it was a bit cold for us. The rest was really great!

Room was neat for a 1 person stay. The windows were located on the inner courtyard. No doors for the toilet, which was a bit weird, but for a 1 person stay totally normal. Good price-performance.

There was a weird smell in the room, which reminded me of mold. Other than that, it was really great.

Location excellent. Within walking distance from Centrale and trains to Malpensa but a quiet road not in the middle of the busy streets. Nice restaurants and cafes just around the corner, even in the same street.

You can hear everything from the street and the rooms next to. Not great for a bad sleeper.
