Lovely location and spacious apartment. Small grocery store around the corner for basics. Quiet. Close to the metro and bus stops

Some basic amenities like tea, coffee and sugar didn’t seem to be provided otherwise all good.

These apartments are great value if you stay for 5+ days. The location is just perfect for those who don't want to stay in the busy and crowded center, very close to 2 metro stations, or just a 15-minute walk to Centrale. Very nice neighbourhood with everything you'd need. The apartment was great too, with the small kitchenette and a lot of closets. The washing machine came in handy too! Super clean, everything is new. The bed was big enough and I loved the firm mattress. The staff is wonderful, I was able to check in earlier, which was so nice after a long international flight. I'll definitely stay there again should I come back to Milano for a longer period of time.

The one downside was the cigarette smoke that was coming from elsewhere through the windows (maybe from the guests in other rooms). And one night (Saturday) there was a group of people (not guests) chatting/laughing very loud until 3 in the morning - but hey, that's the city life for ya'll.

Was advised that there was a city tax that was not paid by Booking.com why does Booking.com pay this in advance and have it included in the price at booking.

Room was fabulous and terrace was absolutely beautiful which got some sun in the afternoon. We had a great stay and got a room upgrade when we arrived which was a really nice gesture. Great location with lovely coffee shops & restaurants close by. Close to central train station too around 15 mins walk. Underground is under 10 mins walk from apartments you can get to Duomo/central Milan in around 20 mins.

WiFi in room was not working during our stay. Guy on reception offered to come up to the room to test it but we were heading out so no major issue. A few more coffee pods for the short stay would have been great.

I personally find it to be a great value for money. The studio looks exactly as advertised. It is a very comfortable studio with a cozy ambience, kitchenette, dressing room and overall very clean and well maintained interior. I particularly appreciated that a washing machine was provided, which was extremely helpful in my case as I had been travelling for awhile. The studio is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, but I attribute that to it being August when I visited, as most shops and offices in the area were closed. The apartment is about 10 minutes walk away from 2 different metro stations, Lima and Loreto. It is also quite close to the city centre and Milano Centrale, which is convenient for those travelling in/out by train. Self check in was easy with instructions already provided via WhatsApp prior to my arrival on a Sunday. It felt reassuring to know that you could always reach the team via WhatsApp. The receptionist also allowed us to store our luggage at the secured common area after checkout, which was super helpful and allowed me to do some more shopping as I had a few more hours to kill before leaving Milan.

Adding a dryer would’ve been fantastic. One downside is that although there is a lift that serves the ground level and level 1, it seems like the lift only works when travelling down and not up, so I ended up carrying my luggage up 1 flight of stairs when I arrived.

Good location, amenities, bars, restaurants, shops and transport nearby, quiet neighborhood. Room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Building and reception area was modern and well serviced.

Reception / luggage storage hours at weekends could be improved. There was no instruction provided on how to lower and close the window blinds either by the staff or in the room booklet provided, the buttons were hidden behind the wall mounted television and were not discovered until the day of check out which was a bit annoying.

First time apartment in life looks better than in photos. Cosy, clean and bright apartment. Everything you need in flat is provided. Water, tea, coffee are included. Nice balcony, comfortable bed. Our room was upgraded for free, it was very nice. A lot of cafe, restaurants and shops around. Very good stuff, which are answering all the questions by message at any time. Good location, 10 min walk till Central station and 3km till Duomo (10 min by red line in metro). Like everything! Nice balcony!

Air condition was not working, but we were warned us about this before we arrived and it was not to hot outside and there was no problem without it.

I want to say that this is a wonderful, very cozy hotel! The room is very stylishly decorated! It’s cozy and everything is very thought out to meet all the needs of the people who will live there. Very convenient location!!! Central, but very quiet, allowing you to completely relax. Very attentive and friendly staff! All these components made my vacation very bright and unique. This is a hotel I will definitely return to. And to be honest, I very rarely recommend anything, but if someone asks me where to stay in Milan, then I will recommend this hotel without any doubt and with full confidence 💯!!!

Location in a beautiful little neighbourhood, lots of great restaurants close by plus a few grocery stores. Very modern apartment, we felt very safe and comfortable, bed was amazing, big fluffy towels, the apartment was very clean and we had everything we needed .

The only fault was sometimes the water from the rain shower head would leak while using the other shower head, no big deal but not ideal if you have long hair and are trying not to get it wet

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The apartment had everything for a comfortable living experience: a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, full kitchen utensils, and even a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Nikolina was incredibly kind and accommodating.

I would only note that blackout curtains were missing. In the evenings, everything was visible, and there was a building opposite)) There were blinds on the window, but they didn't close completely, and there was nothing on the balcony.
