Lovely location and spacious apartment. Small grocery store around the corner for basics. Quiet. Close to the metro and bus stops

Some basic amenities like tea, coffee and sugar didn’t seem to be provided otherwise all good.

This was my third time staying with Aria Boutique Apartments, and it truly feels like my home away from home in Milan. My mini apartment was spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Check-in was quick and seamless, with a warm welcome from the staff member on duty. The ultra-fast, reliable Wi-Fi was a real plus and allowed me to get plenty of work done, and the huge 4K TV was perfect for unwinding in the evenings. I’ll definitely be returning.

Nothing of note, but if I had to suggest something it would be to offer firmer pillows as an option for guests who prefer more support over the softer, plush ones provided.

These apartments are great value if you stay for 5+ days. The location is just perfect for those who don't want to stay in the busy and crowded center, very close to 2 metro stations, or just a 15-minute walk to Centrale. Very nice neighbourhood with everything you'd need. The apartment was great too, with the small kitchenette and a lot of closets. The washing machine came in handy too! Super clean, everything is new. The bed was big enough and I loved the firm mattress. The staff is wonderful, I was able to check in earlier, which was so nice after a long international flight. I'll definitely stay there again should I come back to Milano for a longer period of time.

The one downside was the cigarette smoke that was coming from elsewhere through the windows (maybe from the guests in other rooms). And one night (Saturday) there was a group of people (not guests) chatting/laughing very loud until 3 in the morning - but hey, that's the city life for ya'll.

just about everything! it was clean, well organized, written instructions for the wi-fi, dish soap and sponge [!], towels, soap, toilet paper [!], paper towels in the kitchen, coffee capsules and 2 bottles of water. it was luxury. good locale. easy walking to excellent bakery, 2 restaurants and a supermarket about 2 blocks away. quiet street, but only half block each way to principal streets. even though the office was closed when we arrived because our train was late, they made arrangements via whatsapp for us to enter. excellent, helpful staff. luxury.

didn't have hot water, but only in our apartment. they were working on it, but didn't get fixed before we left.

Was advised that there was a city tax that was not paid by Booking.com why does Booking.com pay this in advance and have it included in the price at booking.

The apartment is in a great location just 10 minutes from the central station, 5 minutes from the metro and 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket. We very kindly got upgraded free of charge and checked in early as well. Staff were very kind and chatty, everything was clearly explained on how it works. The washing machine and drying rack were great as we had been travelling for a while. We were left water, washing up liquid and sponges in the apartment which was very helpful as well. The apartment was very spacious and had 2 amazing tvs with all your streaming services. The staff were easily contactable via whatsapp.

Our stay was excellent overall and we only encountered minor issues. There was no hand soap in the bathroom which was disappointing and is an essential in all bathrooms. The safe in our room didn’t work which we spoke to staff about and were told it would be fixed or they’d contact us with more information but this never happened. On the contract it asks you to separate your rubbish - which we always try to do when possible anyway! However the labelling of bins in the room was misleading and wanting to avoid getting a fine for separating our rubbish wrong we ended up just taking the recycling and rubbish away ourselves. So having clearly labels on the bins would be great to help avoid the fines.

We stayed in this hotel in Milan and in general everything was really good. The room was cozy and nice, we liked it. Location is also very good, it’s easy to reach everything. Check-in was also simple and comfortable, no problems. There is a nice elevator, which was useful. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful, always in touch when needed. They let us leave our luggage in the lounge area for a few ours after check out, which was very nice from them.

Only small minus maybe was the towels for shower – they smelled a bit too strong of chlorine. Maybe it can be improved in future. But all the rest was super, we were happy with our stay.

I loved this apartment in a green, residential section of Milan. The apartment itself was extremely clean, well appointed, and quiet. Cold AC and great water pressure and also felt super safe. The neighborhood was awesome. Great coffee places nearby (try Orsonero) and the cutest mom and pop for DELICIOUS pizza and and pasta really close (portobello). Don’t miss an aperol at Bar Basso, it’s a couple of blocks away. Easy to get everywhere walking or on metro. So nice to be away from crowds.

The stove in my unit did not work. No big!

We were welcomed by the staff at arrival. It was easy to come and go in the evening even though there was no reception in the evening/night time. Check in went smoothly. The room was tidy and well decorated and had all the necessities for our stay, even a washing machine! Metro stop "Lima" was at a short walking distance and you will arrive right next to Duomo after three stops.

The sound proofing is not the best, you can hear noises from the corridor. But at night there was no disturbances during the night hours and we slept well.

Great staying, the apartments are wonderfully located in the vicinity of the Milano Central Station. The neighborhood is really quiet and peaceful. All amenities are in walking distance. Access in the hotel was easy even without anyone at the reception desk, the self-check in instructions were clear. Elevator is available. The room was spacious, quiet and clean. A working small kitchen and a washing machine are available. The hotel will offer a luggage storage service on the day of the check out
