Bed was comfortable and quilt cover was clean. There was table, sink and soap in the room so you don’t have to go to bathroom for the daily skin routines and brushing teeth. The reception staff was very kind and helpfull expecially Mr. Karim was very positive and helpful. The window view was vey good and window has good blinds so you can sleep well. There was 24 hours receptionist so ı feel in safe at the hotel.

I have used the hotel just for sleep and noone made noise so it was okey. But If the someone makes noise you can hear in your room easily. For 2-3 days it is okey. I didn’t wait for the bathroom there was 3 bathrooms on the floor so it was enough.

The hotel was easy to find. Great location for its price. We got a room for 4 people which was great, clean and spacious. The staff was really helpful and friendly!

The rooms need air conditioning especially those which are facing the boulevard. Also, there is no parking but there is a parking on the streets around. I do not recommend leaving your vehicle there because ours was roped. The window was smashed and lots of personal stuff got stolen. (Police is not very helpful) Please, park your vehicle in a secure parking.

At first, the location was awesome. Near the hotel, there is a pizzeria called 'Pizzium' where you can eat tasty pizza. Secondly, my room had a big balcony, and you could see the beautiful buildings and the small, old tram. It really created a good atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was very friendly.

However, there is the sound of the tram in the early mornings, and they have a small quantity of bathroom accessories.

I saw the reviews before coming here, and I expected something different. Everything was fine during my stay. The personal at the front desk always open to help and friendly. And they are 24 hours, which is quite useful for some travelers. The shared bathrooms were fine. I think for the price one is paying is great. The only thing I didn’t see here, which is fine with me too.

They charge you for the service of luggage storage, as long as they keep it safe it is fine.

Very good location, the room and the shared bathroom is clean. Bed was comfortable and staffs were friendly.

Since it is next to the highway, you can hear traffic from outside, might be a problem to light sleepers. We were assigned the room behind the reception, we can hear the intercom ringing as guests need to ring it for reception to open the building door. But aside from that, all was good.

The room, although small, has everything you need, the cleanliness of the shared bathroom is at an enviable level, the location is perfect, close to the central station, so just outside the building there is everything you need, restaurants, markets, clothing stores and various other needs. There is also a beautiful park nearby for a walk.

Close to the city center and the Central Station. Great location. From the window you could see a little of the roof of the Milan Cathedral. Lots of shops and restaurants around. It was very clean, comfortable bed. We were also given fresh towels and shampoo.

The bathroom was in poor condition, but it was clean and there were no problems with hot water. Toilet paper was just lying on the radiator in the open, it is not hygienic.

The location is great, less than 10 min from Milano Centrale and 1 min from the metro station (Porta Venezia). Right in the heart of the gay neighborhood, so if you are queer traveler, you will enjoy it. The room was pretty basic, but clean and safe, 24-hour reception, the staff was very nice and polite. Great value for many. Would recommend!

This hotel is nice for a short stay if you don't have huge needs. The bed is comfortable. We chose a room with private bathroom so we had everything we needed for one night stay. We even had a balcony

This hotel have thin walls, during the night, I was woken up by other guests staying in the hotel (I am a light sleeper so it might not be a problem for everyone)

the room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean all the time. I saw some comments for people saying that the bath was not clean but the gave me clean towels, soap and shampoo and the bath was very cleant

I think the pillows were not good at all. Location is good enough for the price because it's 10 min in scooter from the Duomo and it's a safe place to walk arround.
