Very spacious, can easily accomodate 4 people for a long stay (a lot of storage everywhere, fully functionning kitchen, washing machine with detergent, dishwasher, etc.). Perfectly clean, many windows, lots of luminosity. Very close to the Stazione Centrale (15 min walk) and to the metro station (5min). Many restaurants and bars in the area.

Some windows do not have any blinds, so it gets very very bright in the morning (bring an eye mask!). One light in the bathroom was not working, and the A/C was leaking like crazy (we had to but bowls underneath) and was VERY hard to get working (would appreciate an instruction sheet on how to get it started). Sofa bed is quite uncomfortable, but can be toughed out for 2 days. Would have apprecited a sponge and some soap in the kitchen to clean the dishes without using the dishwasher!

Very charming and comfy apartment in a lovely neighborhood. I stayed with my two kids /10 & 11 yo), and this apartment was a great point of departure for our adventures in Milan. Many family firendly restaurants nearby, and close to several metro stations. Walking distance to Central Station. Everything worked well (aircon, washer, comfy beds, nice bathroom).

The location was good. Very close to the station and also to the Duomo.

Bed wasn't very comfortable, and the blankets had stains.

We called the reception at 1pm , we are arriving at 2-3pm. 3pm is the normal check in, we arrived at italiangateway at 4:00pm to get the keys, but the problem is when we arrived at the APARTMENT THERE IS one guy still CLEANING THE ROOM, at 4:30PM, my husband help him to prepare the bed and change the bed sheet to be finished , BUT THE WORST IS HE DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOM VERY WELL HE CHANGE ONLY THE BED SHEETT WITH THE HELP OF MY HUSBAND , NO EXTRA COVER FOR PILLOWS ALSO. YOU WILL NEED TO DEPOSIT 200€ TO THEM BUT FOR ME ITS NOT TOTALLY WORTH IT TO DEPOSIT 200€ when the SERVICE IS like a TRASH. WE PAY ALSO CLEANING FEE BUT THEY DIDNT CLEAN IT. WE SAW THE CLEANING BOY THERE IS NO SOMETHING PRODUCts for CLEANING . EVEN TO MAP THE FLOOR AND CLEAN THE STOVE AND TO CLEAN THE DUST HE DIDNT DO IT ONLY THE BED WITH HELP OF MY HUSBAND, BETTER TO GET A HOTEL THAN APARTMENT.
