Good size room and good cleanliness. Good location and only 15 min walk from Milan central station. Got a bus transfer from Bergamo airport and then walk or taxi to hotel.

Only negative about the hotel is the location. The location is very good and only a 20 min walk to cathedral in city centre. However at night it can be rough so take my advice and book a taxi. We left the hotel at 3am. Took a taxi from the hotel to the train station. Got a bus transfer from train station to Bergamo airport. The location during day is very good but if you are out any later than 10pm make sure you take a taxi.

The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean. We arrived a day before our stay, and there was only one superior room left, so we took it. The next day, without informing us, they let us stay in that room. I found out later. The staff were polite and attentive. We booked a standard room at the same hotel again. It’s smaller and on a lower floor compared to the other room, but it’s still quite nice. There are plenty of options for breakfast, and overall, it was well-prepared. The location is excellent, in Centrale, close to the metro and train station. The Wi-Fi works very well. I was satisfied and would recommend it.

The faucet in the superior room we stayed in was a bit problematic. It was really difficult to wash your hands. The faucet design was miscalculated. The faucet was too short, so while washing your hands, water would spill from the sink onto the floor. The bathroom was very nice, with good lighting. In the standard room, the shower seems to be leaking from the side, which probably leads to water waste. The bathrooms are quite nice, but they need to be checked. If they didn’t serve a few leftover sandwich and cake pieces from the previous day, it wouldn’t lower the quality of the breakfast.

Location is amazing, great and calm area. In q city center. Close to tram and metro lines. Very sweet personal - help with everything. Good rooms. I am very satisfied

It was a small inconvenience that they renovated during the stay - they renovated the door frames on my floor and they redid rooms on the floors below. It didn’t disturb me at all, but may be for someone could be an issue. I still overall think the hotel was great 10 out of 10

The location is great: a 15-minute walk from the central train station, a couple of minutes from the nearby metro and tram stations, and a few minutes away from a beautiful park. The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

The room lacked any duvet or blanket (at least I couldn't find one). Yes, it was summer, but the AC seemed to have been turned on to its maximum for the whole day before I arrived late in the evening, so it was almost freezing to sleep during the first night.

The room is super comfortable. The bed is very cozy. The hotel staff is extremely kind and attentive. The location is good and accessible by metro or on foot.

The only issue is the location in terms of safety. According to the hotel staff, it’s not very safe to walk through certain streets near the hotel after certain hours, so they recommend using Uber to get there after 11 p.m.

I appreciate that the staff spoke English and were helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing; you can find a tram and metro stop nearby, and there is a supermarket close by if needed. Most importantly, Milano Centrale station is actually very close—about a 10-15 minute walk. Thanks a lot for the service.

However, you should understand that the room is quite small. It was okay for me to take a shower, sleep, and pack my things, but working or staying longer would not be very comfortable.

We only stayed for a night so the room was very decent. The temperature of the room was quite nice for the winter and there was plenty of hot water. The staff was kind and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient, 15 minute walk from the Milan Central Station and 5 minute walk from the metro station.

There was a bit of noise from the outside during the night, it sounded like an electric generator?

The location of the hotel is excellent, the metro is 10 minutes away, quiet street.Clean, comfortable.

The only minus at 11 o'clock at night someone from the staff tried to enter the room and no one apologised for the inconvenience.

As this was my first stay with this hotel it was nice to be greeted being advised that my room had been upgraded which was a really nice touch.

Breakfast was very disappointing the selection was not great and the coffee wasn't very nice either and no selection of fresh rolls.

Great hotel. Perfect for a Milan stay. 20min walk through a nice park to the very center of Milan or a 10min tax costing around 10/15 euro. Hotel exceed expectations in every way. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were given the opportunity to check in early and were upgraded to a superior room for free. They were also very helpful when we were asking advice and they kindly arranged a taxi for us when requested. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10
