Good hotel for the price. Every time you go out - you have to leave your room key at the reception. This is very different and unique from 100+ hotels I visited. They say for safety reasons.

Duvet/comforter was not inside the duvet comver as usual, but rather it was separate (so a duvet not inside the cover, but duvet + top cover + bottom cove). You can see the picture (brown in duvet and it has bottom and top sheets to cover it). The problem is that basically you have 3 separate sheets and when you sleep and move, they get split etc. Second problem - typically the duvet is not being washed often (you only wash the duvet covers). When the duvet is inside the cover, it is no problem as the covers are washed, But when duvet is loose and open like that ... I was wondering if other people already touched it while sleeping.

The hotel is in excellent location, at a walking distance from Milano Centrale. We stayed here for a night. The hotel rooms were clean, with all basic facilities. The room size was decent. Our bed was comfortable with clean linens. The bathrooms were clean. They provided ample of cleaning products and towels. The shower had hot running water and WiFi worked well in the room. The hotel has a polite staff that give welcoming vibes and highly recommended for families to stay. I would stay there again.

No complaints. Just a suggestion - the breakfast service could be improved a bit both in quality and items on the menu. We found the breakfast good but average. The rooms could use hot water kittle and/or couple of water bottle.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable also the location was great very close to the metro and only 3 stops away from the center, breakfast had variety and it was tasty. Staff was helpful and the luggage room in the last day convenient!

Overall it was a positive experience but you should pay attention more to the details...we didn't have shampoo on the shower and it never got refill during our stay there also we asked for slippers and told us they don't provide for the guests(3 star hotel should have slippers)...

This hotel is simple but it really has everything you'd need for a regular stay, and it's definitely worth the price. I've read previous reviews about the air conditioner and was a bit worried as we were coming in August, but it turned out the air conditioner is actually great! It was very efficient in all 3 rooms (we are a group of 6, we rented 3 rooms) on the super hot night we stayed there. Breakfast is included in the price and it was fine. There are even great blinds that allow you to sleep late, what many hotels do not have.

The rooms include the minimum. No extras such as coffee machine and things like that. But for that price it makes sense. No complaints.

Really amazing location, 10mn walk from the Centrale station, the garibaldi station and less than 30mn walk from the Duomo (15 mn metro), with a metro station at 3mn. Very clean room with nice bathroom and view in the inside patio, so very quiet. The outside street was quiet too. Nice to have a single room too, it was small but comfortable.

I had read that the A/C didn’t really work, but this was May so it was not too warm and the A/C actually bothers me during the night, but nice to cool down the room during the day. The breakfast was not great, I wouldn’t pay for it.

A bit more space

The location was good for the price— a 30 minute walk by foot, or about 15 mins by metro (the hotel is right next to a station). The breakfast was pretty decent (a typical Italian breakfast, so pastries, some cold meats and cheeses, yogurt, juice and coffee, etc.) The room was as expected, and even had a little balcony that opened up.

My room had a problem where at least three different times, the electricity just went out. The first time, I went to the front desk and someone came up and fixed it and taught us how to fix it if it happened again. It did happen again, and we were able to fix it ourselves, just overall a bit inconvenient.

15-20 minutes footwalk from the main station almost in a straight line on a big street. 24 hour reception, I was able to check-in at 03 am. Breakfast is from 7 to 10, checkout by 11. One can leave baggage after checkout and come back for it later. Room had a window with shutters with a view to the inner yard.

Air conditioner in the room did not seem to work efficiently. Breakfast room is a bit too small, around 9 am it was almost full. Not too wide choice of food, no cereal, but overall breakfast was OK.

It’s centrally located.

Most of the staff are professional and customer-friendly except the two female staff in the cafeteria. They’re snub and grumpy. Most of the staff ie reception, cleaning lady, male in the cafeteria are nice and always customer-oriented so it’s a big surprise that these two women are part of their team. Having to interact with them in the morning isn’t a nice way to start the day.

the hotel was clean and neat

air conditioner was not in use since the staffs said its still winter however the room was warm and was told to open the window instead, i was a little bit annoyed when i was told to open the window as i’m not used to sleep with an open window. i was a bit disappointed that i was told that it was a centralized heating system and they cannot do anything with the air-condition system as it was still march and they will open the air-conditioning system in April.
