It was very nice stay for 3 days in Milan. Location of the hotel very convinient only 15-20 minutes walk to Milano Centrale railway station. But we walk everywhere, also in Piazza Gae Aulenti, Pinacoteca di Brera, Castello Sforzesco, and then to the center. Actually you can take a tram just near the hotel but walking is not far. Room and hotel itself were clean and comfortable, room enough big with good sound insulation. Tram is just infront of your window but you sleep well and do not hear it so much. Also outside was quite cold because we have been in November but room was warm. Breakfast was enough with choice and taste. Personal all were friendly and helpful.

There is no elevator, if you have hard luggage it is a problem then many stairs to go up. Kettle in room and 2-3 little bottles of water could be nice.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location for Milan Central Station and the underground.. The highlight of breakfast was definitely the freshly baked croissants. I appreciated having a fridge in the room as it was especially hot during my stay. Lovely to be able to keep drinks cold. Liked the marble flooring and the authentic nature of the building.

It can be quite noisy due to the rattling, passing trams, not that this bothered me, but it would some people. There is no lift,, so please bear this in mind. I am sure staff would help if asked, but they are not always immediately available.

The hotel is tucked away in a quite street just minutes away from the Central district. The stairs leading up to the room were windy and narrow but not an issue. The room itself was up to date and clean. The hotel staff was very helpful and the breakfast options were great. The best part of the place is the location. Right across the road was one of the best Italian restaurant we had eaten at during our visit to Italy. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping street and slightly further from the main Duomo and the train station. We walked both to the train station and the Duomo so depending on your situation, you could choose to walk or take the bus/ tram. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Nothing to complain, the stay was good.

Clean, modern, 18 minutes walk to Milano central train terminal, 25 minutes walk to Milan duomo and city Center, good breakfast, accommodating, can leave ur luggage prior check in as observed to others, let us leave our luggages after check out as our flight at night so we manage to go around Milan Center

Quite expensive for us family of 6 ( keep in mind u have still to pay the city tax each person per night)

Attentive staff. Good breakfast. Warm rooms with air conditioning (heating). Location is good. 15 mins walk to the central station and 20 mins walk to the Duomo.

Tiny shower. Water tap is uncomfortable to use due to the mirror shelf location. No slippers, tiny piece of soap was given for three days. No elevator, so you’ll have to lift your luggage up and down by the stairs.

The location is perfect, very near walking 3-4 mins to Porta Venezia Milano metro stations, and 1 mins to Tram for Milano central and other places. Breakfast was good enough. The staff was very helpful.

The only thing is that there is no elevator, I mean if you are tired of visiting different places all day and then you need to go to the 2nd floor by stairs and maybe with some luggage.. There is no cafe in the room and no water bottles.

Tasty breakfast: The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the quality of the food was top-notch, especially coffee and fresh bread every morning. 4. Convenient Location: The hotel’s location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions, central station, shopping, and dining options.

Very friendly stuff and perfect location. The tram is just next to door and 2 metro stations 5 min walk. There is a good middle size supermarket just on opposite side of the street. Breakfast was good and good value for money. The room was clean and comfortable for two persons. There was hot water in shower all the time.

There was a a bit of humidity in bathroom, but it is very usual in Italy, no surprise or discomfort about it. There was no humidity in the room though and no mould anywhere.

Very clean and lovely comfortable bed. Great shower and room to move around. Staff very friendly and multi lingual. Near the Republic metro.

The area near the park has lots of very drunk men by the trams and it can feel a bit intimidating. Best to stick to the metro to get into town which is well lit and feels safer.

We really loved the location and also the staff. The 2 men from the reception desk and also bar were very nice with us and also everyone(one of them was making coffee in the morning- and it was delicious) . The cleaning was also on point.

The only thing we didn’t like was the fact that the heating system was not functioning and it was really chilly (also the weather was very bad so it was not helping)
