Room size were good, location also was fine as it is away from rush area and easy to reach every where by using the local transportation.

Car park around were to expensive and not easy to find unless park with hotel which very expensive, the furniture and design is old style, but bed were comfort

A mix of classic charms and modern services makes this a good place to stay for a brief city visit. A short walk from the main station and close to the La Republicca metro stop, getting into the historic Milanese centre is relatively easy and affordable. The rooms were well appointed and having been recently redone. The bedding and sheets were of a good quality. The lounge in reception was a lovely spot to enjoy a decadent cocktail

Cleaning hours for the rooms were erratic

I wanted to share my exceptional experience during my recent stay at The Westin Palace Milano. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was both rich and delicious. The hotel's central location was also a significant advantage for exploring Milan. I would like to suggest that the reception staff inform guests in advance or upon arrival about the deposit charge, which is refunded at check-out. Thanks to the hotel's excellent and prompt communication, we received our deposit back within 10 days. Overall, everything was excellent, and I warmly recommend The Westin Palace Milano for a stay in Milan.

No much information at the check in I was not informed that the drinks in the mini bar was included in the room rate I stay for 6 day's 😏 and my child Lost his toys in the room The staff was so nice They tried to give him a new toy which was very generous but to have something Missing from the room was strange

Beautiful room; exceptionally comfortable bed; front office staff very knowledgeable and helpful; location good in that it was in a very quiet area and within walking distance of Milan Central Station, however a 20 min walk to the action which we did not mind as we chase 15,000+ steps daily when on holidays. The terrace restaurant, Pan Evo was a real treat for our first evening in Milan.

Great location close to downtown and not too close to the very busy centre of the city. If you are driving a car to Milan I would highly recommend this hotel as it is outside of the core area but still within walking distance to the duomo. Rooms are very spacious and recently renovated. The lobby is beautifully decorated as is the lounge and bar area.

Nothing. We had a great stay.

The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel offered two quality restaurant options. We ate at the lobby restaurant on both nights of our stay and found it to be excellent. Breakfast too did not disappoint. The staff were great and very attentive.

The hotel is a little isolated compared to other options closer to the historic heart of Milan.

Loved the property. Stunning and newly renovated. Staff was lovely, especially the lovely people at the desk and Hakima, who went above and beyond to make sure we had our food to go. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location is out of the way but not so far that you feel like you’re missing Milan.

The carpet upstairs has a pretty old smell to it and fills up the entire hall. Would be great to have that replaced.
