Room was compact, but as big as we expect in a city hotel. Room spotless, bed very comfy. No street noise. Ambience in hotel was relaxed. Bar staff very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and copious. Spent an hour and a half there each morning. No complaints at all. Hotel 100m from Metro Station and trams. One stop to Central Railway Station, three stops to the Duomo, ten stops with one change to the Canals. Had a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Great food and room service available. Very clean, lovely staff, easy check in, convenient location. Offers early check-in for a few dollars.

My only two complaints were that my electricity was out on arrival and the AC malfunctioned. Staff was very quick to address the issues, and I did check in early so maybe they just didn't have time for routine checks before my arrival.

Firstly, I have stayed in this hotel in August with my best friend from Miami! We absolutely loved it! So I came back in November for my birthday. I must say that I was absolutely excited and elated to see the diverse work force which is a true representation of the hotel’s customer base.Really pleased to see the diversity and inclusion at the hotel-and because of that I will make sure that this is the recommended hotel for all my friends and family in Milan. I WILL BE BACK !

Good location, helpful staff, clean room with good quality towels / bathrobes. Good breakfast but expensive if you just need simple continental breakfast.

Room was small and poorly designed with little storage. Strange metal table placed extremely inconveniently at the end of the bed containing tea/ coffee making stuff - totally got in the way. Plus it had a glass top that did not fill the metal frame at each end so you’d mistakenly put something on the table snd it fell through the gap.!! A total waste of space and a big inconvenience in the room.!

Beautiful room. Well appointed and comfortable. Bed and pillows were perfect. The two bottles of water very welcome after a long train journey. My stay was just overnight so I remained in the room from 4pm until 10 am when I checked out. It was exactly what I needed. The room service was outstanding. The bathroom was perfect. I just chilled for the time between my train trips and got a much needed night of restful sleep. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in any country. I highly recommend as a solo traveler as well. Absolutely outstanding in all positive aspects.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Milano Centrale train station and Duomo. Great breakfast. Nice decor. Comfortable room. The staff were very helpful.

The bathroom door locked while my son was in the bathroom. Thankfully, the hotel sent someone up to our room immediately, even though it was late in the evening. And Cedric (the man sent to help us) was super friendly and kept trying until the door was opened. Also, we had to make a change to our booking, prior to our arrival. The hotel never responded to the messages I sent via the booking.com app. And the phone numbers provided by booking.com were not answered. Please update your hotel information.

The staffs provided a brilliant experience. Everyone is nice, friendly and always ready to answer your questions. Especially the reception. They helped us booking a safe and pleasant airport taxi journey and provided great luggage deposit services. During our early arrival, they even tried their best to provide available room for us which is rarely seen these days. The room is fully equipped and spacious. All the facilities are in great condition.

There is a toilet paper in the toilet when I first open the lid. I flushed it without hesitation. Please make sure that is not the case next time.

Walkable from the Milano Centrale Train Station. Very friendly and helpful staff. I upgraded to VIP at check in and it was worth the additional money. Designated Floors in the Hotel, complimentary beverages, welcome tray with sweets, they knocked on the door around 8:00pm to see if we needed anything, came back from dinner one night to find they refreshed the towels again and left us bottled water. Room was large and updated. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items.

Tourists spots are walkable, but it’s a long walk. Subway Station is a few steps away as an option. Restaurant was just OK.

First of all the staff went above and beyond to help upon arrival Matilde was great and even took her time to provide with great recommendations and highlighted all the must see spots in and around Milan. Bed was very comfortable, room was spacious and great toilets. We loved the location and its perfect and it’s easy to get around Milan. Very close to the metro(2 mins walk)

Overall everything was good but the WiFi and chromefast didn’t work.
