Room was compact, but as big as we expect in a city hotel. Room spotless, bed very comfy. No street noise. Ambience in hotel was relaxed. Bar staff very welcoming. Breakfast was varied and copious. Spent an hour and a half there each morning. No complaints at all. Hotel 100m from Metro Station and trams. One stop to Central Railway Station, three stops to the Duomo, ten stops with one change to the Canals. Had a great stay.

Beautiful hotel. Great food and room service available. Very clean, lovely staff, easy check in, convenient location. Offers early check-in for a few dollars.

My only two complaints were that my electricity was out on arrival and the AC malfunctioned. Staff was very quick to address the issues, and I did check in early so maybe they just didn't have time for routine checks before my arrival.

Firstly, I have stayed in this hotel in August with my best friend from Miami! We absolutely loved it! So I came back in November for my birthday. I must say that I was absolutely excited and elated to see the diverse work force which is a true representation of the hotel’s customer base.Really pleased to see the diversity and inclusion at the hotel-and because of that I will make sure that this is the recommended hotel for all my friends and family in Milan. I WILL BE BACK !

I loved everything!

The room was very comfortable and quite clean and the staff, especially the front desk were excellent!

The hotel could perhaps have a list of restaurants to recommend. Unfortunately, there does not seem to be any good restaurants near the hotel so when I asked for a recommendation the gentleman at the front desk told us to "just walk along the main road and you will find find lots of restaurants". However there were only around 3 restaurants and the rest were bars. it was a large main road so it was not easy to just cross over to see what else was on the other side. It was disappointing as we were tired and wanted to have a quick dinner nearby and had to just eat at the hotel which we did not want to do.

This hotel is located within a 15-minute walking distance from Milano Centrale Station (almost entirely in a straight line). The route is flat and the roads are generally even, so it is not difficult to walk to Milano Centrale even while pulling travel suitcases. It is also close to a metro station and a tram stop, making it a very convenient location for exploring Milan’s major tourist attractions on foot. All the hotel staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. While checking in, guests can enjoy iced water provided in the hotel lobby, which our whole family appreciated. The guest rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms were also spotless. Our group of six stayed in three rooms for two nights, and everyone was satisfied.

There is nothing in particular that I would point out as disappointing.

Clean good atmosphere, great bed and nice bar at the hotel. Liked the “security guard”, friendly helpful at the entrance. 3 stops on the metro to the cathedral was excellent and 100 m from the hotel. We walked mostly - 2 km from everything else in every direction. And importantly the Get You Guide “St Mouritz train…day trip” bus is across the street. This was our first priority and just worked perfectly for us. Perfect stay…and winegums at the reception 😃

Good location, helpful staff, clean room with good quality towels / bathrobes. Good breakfast but expensive if you just need simple continental breakfast.

Room was small and poorly designed with little storage. Strange metal table placed extremely inconveniently at the end of the bed containing tea/ coffee making stuff - totally got in the way. Plus it had a glass top that did not fill the metal frame at each end so you’d mistakenly put something on the table snd it fell through the gap.!! A total waste of space and a big inconvenience in the room.!

The staff were extremely courteous and service orientated. Francesca and Maria at the reception provided excellent information on upgrades and were very patient with us. For the breakfast area - Emmanuela, Milagro, Giancomo, Bianca provided very focussed service.

Lighting in the room can be upgraded to regulators where guests can control the brightness. Right now the limitation of light scatter means there are non-illuminated areas in the room

Beautiful room. Well appointed and comfortable. Bed and pillows were perfect. The two bottles of water very welcome after a long train journey. My stay was just overnight so I remained in the room from 4pm until 10 am when I checked out. It was exactly what I needed. The room service was outstanding. The bathroom was perfect. I just chilled for the time between my train trips and got a much needed night of restful sleep. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever had in any country. I highly recommend as a solo traveler as well. Absolutely outstanding in all positive aspects.
