I normally book The heart hotel when I go to Milan for work as the location it's just perfect, next to the hotel there is small supermarket should you need to buy anything, a lovely patisserie for a real Italian breakfast and there is a small pedestrian road full of restaurants with different choices of food

Some rooms can be a bit dark

The room was exceptionally quiet, despite the central location and window facing a square. The room was also very cool (temperature wise) and pleasant, I was in Milan during a very hot day but I did not even need the air condition on in the room, it was still very pleasant. The bed was comfy and the small fridge with minibar and some space for my own items was a plus. Very friendly and helpful staff and great location.

The shower setup was a little strange, there was no door, only a curtain. it worked fine for me who was staying alone but if staying with friends or teenage kids it is not ideal. No coffee or tea in the room.

Location was good. 24hr staffing helpful, has elevator to upper floors, rooms were quite neat.

The triple rooms were very small compared with the double, despite having more beds in it. It had a smaller floor area and smaller bathrooms. The shower opened up into the room with a shower curtain for privacy. I wouldn't stay if you need a triple room, there was no space for multiple suitcases or backpacks and was very cramped. We were travelling with a toddler. I imagine with 3 adults it would be very uncomfortable.

The location is good, a 10-minute walk from the central train station, with plenty of restaurants in the area. There is good public transit (tram right in front, metro not too far away. Everything was clean. The front desk people were fine, efficient.

This is minor, but the interior of the hotel (especially the hallways) is decorated completely in dark greys and black, which 1) makes it a bit hard to see when you come in from the daylight, and 2) just seems depressing.

The location was also ideal – close to public transportation and within easy reach of Milan’s major attractions. Whether I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or any other assistance, the staff was always ready with a smile and helpful advice, making my visit to Milan even more enjoyable. Hotel Heart Milano combines modern comfort with exceptional service, thanks to a team that truly cares about its guests. I can't wait to return for another stay!

A modern hotel with great design in a great location, some 20-minute walk from the Duomo and 15-minute walk from the Central Railway Station. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Great value for money. All the staff were nice and friendly, but I would especially single out the late night receptionist who welcomed us in the middle of the night and gave us all the info in perfect English. He was super kind and friendly. The area is residential, so quiet and safe. There is a range of eateries and restaurants along with a great tradition pasticceria serving coffee close to the hotel as well as a big grocery store. A great choice for the accommodation in central Milan.

Even though this is a 4-star hotel, I expected them to offer a pair of disposable slippers.

Very nice hotel with good facilities. Great location. Staff is incredibly nice. Did not try the breakfast or anything extra. Everything is clean and very professional. Definately recommend if you are in Milan

If there is anything to mention it would be that the air conditioning was not working very well which wouldnt be so bad if we had stayed there in winter. But we didnt bother with mentioning it to the staff because we didnt think it was a big of a deal.

Nice hotel with all necessary amenities. Snacks in fridge were a nice touch. Solid location. Let us store our luggage for an hour after check out, which is 12

Not much

The location is very good. Easily accessible from the airport. The fact that there is a 24/7 supermarket just next door, is just so convenient! The room was nicely designed and there was plenty of light. It was easy to reach all attractions on foot as well.

The design of the "bathroom" gives zero privacy. The first day we did not receive all amenities (half the needed towels and shower amenities). Unfortunately there is minimal sound proofing. We could hear clearly the people walking outside our room, which was annoying during night time, especially for people who are light sleepers. I do not want to imagine how loud it can be in the front side of the hotel, with the tram passing just in front. Also there was no indication that the items in the mini fridge are not for free or what is the price per item.
