The apartment was spacious, comfortable and always warm, a good thing in winter! The location was great, even with a good restaurant just next door, and a short walk to Moscova metro. Everything worked, nice hot showers, well-equipped kitchen for our needs (we don't cook), especially enjoyed the good-sized mugs for our tea, instead of the tiny cups you find in many places.

From the pictures on Booking.com we thought the apartment would be a bit brighter - we found it a little gloomy. It could be improved by a bit more decoration, more, larger coloured pictures on the walls for example. Light switch covers were tending to fall off - near the bathroom, and by the bed in the second bedroom. Bathroom is nice and modern but needs more lighting.

Big, secure, and in a great location.

Shower is hard to keep the water from escaping onto the floor. It needs a new partition that is bigger with better seals. It was great, aside from not wanting to cause a puddle.

Good apartment!!!

It was very difficult to find the keys to the apartment, they beat in the padlock on the code. The lock is not visible on the grille. Found only the next day! Then they did find it.

Good beds, nice appartment. Clean. Kitchen had everything you needed and featured a dishwasher and dishwasher tablets were available, as well as some coffee. They really thought about the needs of the renter

Kitchen is quite small for 5 or 6 people and shower runs out of warm water after 3-4 people have showered Would not recommend for more than 4 people. Check in was a hassle as we were not given the code to the keybox of the appartment

Lots of room, location, location. Amenities ( grocery store across the streel, nice morning and supper restaurants within a block or two)

A little confusing on getting the keys on the initial orientation visit. Too much software interaction (Whats App), A simply lock box would be best. Eventually was given a key. - Awesome there forward.

Great location with lots of bars, coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk (15-20min) to the Duomo Cathedral. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, we stayed as a group of 5 adults and it was great. The apartment doesn't have AC but this is not a problem each room has a fan and the windows are large with shutters which helps with keeping cool.

The size of the apartment and the location

The fact that you have no where to ask for anything if you need help and the fact that they have no way to keep the luggage if someone is traveling late and I found the check out very early

It was a lovely, clean, generous sized apartment in Milan. It had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living room, balcony, washer in the bathroom, tub with shower. Super nice towels and linens. It was close to the high end shoping area and the Duomo. We were able to walk there. It does not have air conditioning, but it has a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and additional fans as well as lovely large windows and shutters for allowing a cooling breeze.
