Our stay at this cozy place was wonderful! It’s not a traditional hotel, but more like renting a private room and bathroom in an apartment. My husband and I loved how clean everything was, and the location was perfect—close to everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only minor inconvenience was having to manage multiple keys—one for the building entrance (sensor key), one for the apartment door, and one for the room.

Fabulous location right near tube station and only a few stops to the Duomo. Lots of really nice restaurants and cafes very close and supermarket. Good security, lovely helpful host with location tips. Our room was clean and stylish and the bathroom was great. Fabulously comfortable beds and convenient to have a bar fridge. Common room with couches, TV and dining area. Unfortunately we missed breakfast.

The room was spectacular large and well decorated, with a shared balcony attached to the room. Host was warm and friendly extremely welcoming gave us lots of great recommendations and as an added bonus has a subway less then 5mins away but lots of attractions are in walking distance and lots of cafes in walking distance so perfect for a chilled getaway

Would have liked a late check-out but as its a small hotel its understandable that this wasn't an option and host allowed us to leave luggage on our last day which was great

The location is prefect. Apartments is very clean with a large room and large bathroom. The security system downstairs made us feel very safe indeed. Emanuela was very kind to us and waited for our arrival as our flight was delayed. She also let us keep bags on a day after our check out time. We are very happy with our stay. We hope to be back for another LaScala performance, therefore we will stay here again.

Excellent greetings from host who gave us all the information we needed for the 2 days we visited . The directions were easy to follow and it was a very short walk from the Metro stop. Very easy walking to all restaurants in the Brera and a good 20 min walk to the Duomo. The beds were comfy with rather dated, but interesting decor. Breakfast was simple, but perfect , pastry, rolls, fruit, yogurt and coffee. Location safe and secure and quiet. Great place to stay.

All great… but it would have been good if the shower head could have been higher up as the mechanism was broken, so had to crouch down to wash hair. Water pressure and heat was great!

Twin beds available and good location.

We thought breakfast was included - it says so- but when we got there we were told it wasn’t available at the weekend. Also we had to pay €30 extra because we arrived after 8 pm. Again this was not made clear. We liked the accommodation but those those things made it disappointing.

Location

Υou can never be absolutely sure of the arrival time and since they also ask for an extra charge after 20.00, we arrived earlier than the time we had said, just to be sure. The result was that we had to wait 1 hour. Also breakfast is served at 8.00. There was no such information in the Booking. If I had known, I would have booked another room, as we paid for it but could not have it. 8.00 is too late for breakfast.

The pictures do not do the place justice it was spotless and looked a lot more modern than the photos. The lady working there was very nice and gave us lots of tips for our stay. free breakfast provided in the morning slightly basic but can’t complain as was in included. It is close to tram stops / bus stops and the metro all within a 3-5 minute walk to get to the main centre in about 10 minutes. And walking was about 20 minutes. Close to other restaurants as well.

Basic was basic no hot food but again cannot complain as was free and included.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, close to the center and very close to a metropolitan station. The personal is very friendly and helpful, but are in the hotel only on demand.

Quite noisy, as one hears everything what is going on in the bathroom of the neighbour room. Even though breakfast was very nice, it was a typical Italian breakfast with only sweet options. Otherwise great hotel.

Pictures don’t do this place Justice. It’s stylish and comfortable. The location is conveniently located steps away from the metro stop & just a few blocks from several tram lines. The host was awesome accommodating our late arrival and giving recommendations for sites and restaurants. I will be staying with them again next time I’m in Milan.

This is more B&B and less hotel. Not a bad thing just important to note.
