The location was safe and full of places to eat. The grocery store was very close. We rented four apartments, and every single one of them was amazing. The air conditioning was strong in all of the apartments, and the staff was very helpful. Anytime we texted, they communicated immediately and helped with anything we needed.

We rented four apartments. When renting them, I was very careful to choose apartments that would be at the same address. All of the apartments were in separate buildings at the same address. Each building is lettered, while the address is just one number. It would have been nice if this was clearer on the description of the apartments. However, all of the apartments exited onto one courtyard together. The courtyard was gated off from the outside, so it was very safe even if you had to run out at night and go to another apartment. Also, each apartment had an elevator, so it really was not that big of a deal if you needed something from one of the other apartments.

Excellent location only 2 stops on Metro from Milan Centrale.station and Duomo. Fabulous neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants and great supermarket at the end of the road. Apartment modern, clean and very comfortable. Excellent for a family with ability to cook. Air conditioning bonus and necessary in summer. My family loved their stay in the apartment and I have recommended it to friends.

Given most people will only be staying a few days a basic welcome pack would have been very useful eg foil to protect oven shelves to cook on, a dish washer tablet for each day of the stay, washing powder supply.

The interior was clean and spacious, with tall ceilings and large windows that opened easily onto the charming courtyard and street. The bed was firm and comfortable to share. Bathroom was thoughtfully and functionally designed, and all very clean. We appreciated the closet which had plenty of hangers and shelves for shoes; also the iron and ironing board. The location is excellent! We were central to everything we wanted to see, including Il Duomo, Bosco Verticale, and Navigli. Numerous cafes in the area excel at caffe lattes & pastries, cocktails, also fun vintage stores. Highly recommend nearby Vero for gelato. Can't wait to go back!

The apartment is wonderfully located in the cozy town center. There’s a bar on the street right outside the living room windows, and it gets very lively and quite noisy at night. It didn’t bother me — on the contrary, it added to the atmosphere — but it might be useful for sound-sensitive people to know this (especially if someone plans to sleep in the living room). The location was truly perfect, and the ambiance was full of character.

It seems that due to the old plumbing system, there was a strong sewage smell in the shower room from time to time. As for the kitchen — everything was great, but there were very few coffee machine capsules and some basic items were missing, like salt and cooking oil

Spacious and well located apartment. Two large bedrooms and good bathrooms with a large living area. Close to a number of different (and varying quality) restaurants with a supermarket just around the corner. Secure, light and airy this was a perfect place to stay in a busy city. Ensure that any visit to the Last Supper is booked well in advance and inevitably it will have to be done through a tour company.

Would have been handy if a supply of dishwashing tablets in addition to more than one tea towel for a five day stay. Little points, but when you are travelling it is these little points that add up. A washing machine would have been a welcome addition.

Our stay on Brera Apartments was very good. The hosts were in regular contact with us and responded to my questions in good time. They were very accommodating when we asked for an early check in to store our luggage. In terms of location, it was a great spot. Easy walks around the area and to major attractions. Good connections to the metro with two nearby stations. The streets around the apartment had many friendly cafes and Restautants. We felt safe at all times. The hosts checked in on us after checkin to make sure everything was OK and responded to my request for a second set of keys (best to ask when booking)

We were expecting a washing machine and the apartment didn't have one. We believe a washing machine featured in the original listing. To be fair, the hosts attempted to contact me to offer relocating us to another apartment elsewhere in the Brera district. We decline as he had settled in.

We were met promptly by Alessio, who showed us the apartment, how to get in, etc. Worked out very well. The apartment was spacious, if a little sparsely decorated, but quite comfortable. Good windows shut out all street noise, as there are a couple of local bars just underneath which were quite busy every night. Location was fabulous: easy walking to the Brera shopping areas, we went to La Scala which was a fifteen minute walk. Overall we were very happy with the place and its location.

Furnishings were adequate but sparse, no couch/chair to sit, only the table.

Great location with easy walking to the centre and lots of restaurants and bars locally. Nice spacious apartment with high ceilings and a good kitchen. Courtyard of apartments feels like being a local.

Some confusion on how to meet the host. I ended up speaking to the security guard who was confused by my saying the name Brera Apartments. No comfortable place to sit in the apartment other than the bed. An armchair or two would be very useful in the bedroom.

Neat, modern flat, in an excellent location, close to different metro lines. The neighbourhood, Brera, is upscale and lively, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, but the street itself is quiet. There's a bar near the entrance, but no noise after 22:30. Excellent service, clear instructions, and the team was available and responsive. Will definitely try and be back here next time I'm in Milan.

Great communication with host who are also very accommodating. Apartment is beautifully setup, comfortable, spacious, and clean. The location is on a quiet side street near cafes, restaurants, a short walk to a small supermarket and not too far from the subway and Duomo area. Would definitely stay here again.
