Space and security was good.

They would be better if they served breakfast.

The host was responsive and helpful prior to our visit as well as during. She had advised that we could arrive prior to check-in time and leave our bags. When we arrived she told us she had actually managed to getour room ready and we could check-in early. The place was very nice with a mini kitchen that had everything we needed and very nice shower - it was the biggest we experienced in Italy! The room was made up with new clean towels each day, which we didn't expected. Then we were able to leave our luggage at check-out as well. We just let the host know the day before in case of any time restrictions when returning as you would her help to get back into the apartment complex to collect your luggage.

I wouldn't say we didn't like it, as we knew this when we booked, but be prepared for a bit of a walk to Duomo. When we were coming back from Duomo, it was pelting down with rain so were drenched by the time we got back. But the place was spacious enough to hang out for a bit and there was a good hair dryer to dry our clothes. And if catching the train, allow some time for that walk too.

(Studio) Apartment was very clean, in residential building. Pots, plates, cutlery, wine corkscrew, coffee machine (and pods), sugar, tea kettle. There’s a nice Conad grocery a block away, several restaurants on that block. Bed was nice and firm; shower was great (pressure and hot water). Daily housekeeping.

Felt rushed at checkin (flight rated a few hours), but I made it before the late check in fee (8 pm). It’s a full mile from the central train station; walk was okay, but lots of tram tracks and some cobblestones.

the apartment was very clean and had everything that you need for a comfortable stay. the room was cleaned every day, the bed made and we were given clean towels daily as well. the host was very nice and accommodating. there are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants near by and also only a short 20 mins walk to the duomo and main shopping area.

the building work going on in the court yard was very loud especially in the morning.

The room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There was a small kitchen with an espresso coffee machine and free pods. We are a family of four. There was one bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room, which was perfectly setting for us. The host Marco was super helpful. He explained clearly the check in and check out, and storage of luggage to us.

It is about a 10 minute walk from the metro or tram station, so we need to take a taxi from the central station because of big luggage. But it won't be an issue if you are traveling without children. There was a bus stop but we didn't use buses. The location was a little difficult to find but Marco came out to get us.

Spacious and clean, good amenities comfortable bed and pillows. Microwave and hotplates for cooking. Supermarket just down the road. Large TV in the bedroom. Was well appointed. Good modern space.

Very noisy upstairs. You could here the occupants above walking around and dragging their chairs across the floor. Fortunately it was a week night so they seemed to go to bed early and we got a good sleep. We didn't arrive at our expected time so the host wasn't there and we had to wait for him to be contacted and come to let us in. Which fortunately only took around 10-15 minutes.

It was a surprise to us to see such a neat unit when we step into the room. We did not expect a hotel service during our stay. However, our unit has been cleaned and tidied up, along with fresh towels, the next day. Other than a tiny kitchen, there is even a modern coffee machine in the unit! Love it! We came driving and was able to park at the premise with a charge.

It is still a walk to the center but it is true value for the money, and we love walking, so walking is no issue for us.

The apartment was very clean as it was cleaned daily. We got fresh towels everyday. Marco was very friendly and helpful. He explained thoroughly about the room facilities with great patience. He assisted us to source for our transfer to the airport as we need to be at the airport very early in the morning. Our stay were excellent and my family enjoyed it. Thank you Marco.

If only there are 2 sets of keys provided

The staff went beyond assisting me before my arrival with questions about leaving my luggage while my room was being prepared, instructions on entering the property, etc. The coffee machine and coffee selection were excellent, and there was a Carrefour market about one block away where I purchased food items. The kitchen is stocked well with dishes and utensils, microwave, fridge, etc. The housekeeping lady was amazing and super nice - thanks "M'! I walked to IL Duomo in about 22 minutes!

Staff member who showed us around and how to get in/out was super helpful and kind. Very nice apart/hotel and clean towels provided and fresh clean bed linen. Room was a perfect size and the location was fantastic, within walking distance to the main attractions but if you wanted to go a little out the metro is extremely close by! No faults, gorgeous stay😌

Loved everything! Only criticism I have is maybe having a plug socket beside the bed, but again, that's just preferable! 😌
