Room is spacious, location is excellent. Some of the staff and duty managers are trendily and welling to help.

Some staff are not friendly and not flexible and they have no customer satisfaction focus. Food also not the level of the hotel rooms and facilities.

rooms are large, clean and very comfortable. I love the extra large wardrobe-room and the toilet was extremely large.

even though the bathroom was large, there wasn't enough space to put the toiletries. there was no iron in the rooms, there is only one shared ironing room for common use somewhere in the hotel.

Mr. Zayed stood out for his respectful and gentle demeanor, while Mr. Diop warmly greeted us and ensured our comfort throughout. Mr. Leronzetto deserves praise for preparing top-quality coffee every morning with a smile. Mr. Luca, also from the front desk team, brought a great spirit and positive energy, and Mr. Samir went above and beyond to assist with any request we had. Mr. Mamadou from the security team was professional and courteous at all times. We also want to sincerely thank Mr. Lkhael, who was incredibly helpful and respectful throughout our stay. Always smiling and ready to assist, he added a wonderful personal touch that made a real difference. From housekeeping, Mrs. Sara was outstanding—her attention to detail and respectful manner left a lovely touch in our room every day. We were generously offered a complimentary upgrade upon check-in, which made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel’s service is undoubtedly high-end; the staff is well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. The location is excellent—safe, clean, and well-connected by nearby stations. The hotel also offers thoughtful amenities like luggage scale—small touches that show attention to guest needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city. The room was very big compared to the rest of the city. We liked the size and it would be good for families. The breakdast was decent, but in the future, I'd probably just opt for a cafe. In general, this is a nice hotel. We picked this hotel because they offered parking. However, it is limited. I was told it was full, but then staff found a spot for me. THANKFULLY! Most people don't drive in the city. We rented a car and it was nice that they had spots.

I didn't like the bathtub in the bathroom. It was hard to navigate and would be unsafe for anyone who has any kind of mobility issue.

This is one of the best hotels I liked the location, its like 30 minutes walking to Duomo I liked the breakfast, there is plenty of options with smily stuffs, I liked how clean the hotel is, the size of the rooms is very good and satisfying. The bed and the pillows are comfortable. When I checked in, they upgraded my room, which was a nice thing to start my milan trip with When I checked out, there was around 3 euros, I told him that I didn’t use the minibar and I didn’t order any service to my room, and he said its ok that I don’t have to pay, honestly this was very kind from him. Honestly with all this best experience, I will only return to this hotel and consider me as regular customer to you.

We found hotel to be a comfortable and convenient option. The room was spacious, providing ample space for us to relax. We appreciated the secure parking garage, which allowed us to leave our car with peace of mind. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The location was also quite OK. It is within walking distance of many attractions, including a 10-minute walk to the vibrant Brera district and a 30-minute walk to the impressive Duomo.

Price performance ratio was not the best.

Location is quite near to the famous Vertical Bosco of Milan, it has a shopping mall within walking distance. It takes 10 min with Uber or taxi to arrive at the Duomo, if you prefer walking, 30 min you can arrive. The room is quite new and clean, with a garage underground and the cost is 35 Euro per day.

This is in a great location, about a 10 minute walk from Porta Garibaldi Train Station and Porta Nuova area/district. We were impressed with the large breakfast buffet and the rooms were a really nice size. We stayed in the summer and were concerned about the air not being cool enough, but we had no problems. Would definitely stay here again.

My bathroom smelt of sewers now and again. My room was facing the main road so could hear car noise during the night but that didn’t bother me so much, I still slept well.
