The breakfast was amazing! We stayed in Room 2. It was spacious, decorated very cool and beds were very comfortable. The art was also very interesting. One of the best things were the staff. The day we left it was pouring rain-literally POURING. One of the staff members escorted us to the train station (which is right across the street but still a 5 minute walk) He carried our luggage and provided us extra umbrellas. We and our luggage would have been soaked without his help! I wish we could have stayed longer. It is pricey, but worth it given it's great location, amazing breakfasts and the comfort and decor of the room!

The breakfast was on time and delicious and many options to choose from. Excellent. Excellent customer service and prompt and excellent communications. Overall very enjoyable and pleasant visit. I will highly recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

Unbelievable suite with lots of amenities in the room. Great ac, great shower, great bed, great sitting room, great security, and a fabulous area for food, shopping and walking through the city’s older areas with simply amazing architecture. Frank and Raj did us proud with the organization of our trip and the transport from Linate.

The breakfast was not great nor tasty The café opens late so I couldn't get breakfast downstairs either

Breakfast was poor-no croissants on either of two days, deplorable machine processed bread instead; not offered more cappucinos; there seem to be many coffee shops in the street that would have been better.

Breakfast was excellent. Room layout and living space was much better than expected. Great value for the price.

Pillows. Music went a little late. No elevator at check-in.

A bit of noise coming from the restaurant area as diners enjoyed the food and atmosphere. outdoors dining closed around 12pm so don’t plan for an early night. Best option is to go and join them..
