We loved the location..it was so convenient to travel everywhere..the home is very comfortable..the host was very accommodating to all our needs..,We enjoyed our stay at Heart stay apartments..It felt like home away from home..

Just the pebble road leading to the main gate…but these roads are everywhere in Milan..The lift was a saviour ..there should be a separate table in each room to place luggage..

Overall a very pretty, tidy, well managed apartment. Lots of space. Two bedrooms and kitchen have windows onto inner courtyard, 3rd bedroom and living room have windows onto via Carlo de Cristoforis, approximately opposite Zaini cafe. Kitchen: Complementary Nespresso pods and cookies were a nice touch. We didn't cook but I believe the kitchen had a few pots, pans, tools. Bathrooms: Complementary lotion, shower gel, and conditioner were provided. Shower pressure and temperature were good. Towels were in good shape. Bedrooms: Beds were firm but comfortable and seemed relatively new, no sagging at the edges. Complementary ear plugs, eye masks, and even slippers were provided. Location: Loads of great places to eat and drink nearby. Steps from train, metro, trams, etc.

No major complaints, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, but if I were to pick nits...Other people have mentioned nightlife noise. Honestly we didn't hear any (Wednesday and Thursday night). However, the apartment is above one of the building exits to the street and that door occasionally banged loudly. Other than that, just general city noise that could be handled with earplugs. The majority of the pillows were pretty compressed so they felt pretty hard. Probably ready for replacement.

Hosts were always available via WhatsApp and gave good recommendations to our queries. Instructions to check in were very clear and easy to follow. It included adequate pictures and a video of the check in process. All listed appliances and utensils were available and working in good condition. When we needed help the hosts showed us how to operate them.

Beds were a bit firm for our taste. The air conditioning was not adequate for the heat wave we when we visited. I assume it should be good enough around normal temperatures. As others have noted, there is a lot of noise but that’s because of the area. But keeping the windows closed reduces the noise.

Spacious , well equipped, very clean. Comfortable beds and good shower. Great location!! Cafes and restaurants near by. 5 minute walk from Garibaldi train station, so very convenient to get train from airport. Staff were very communicative, a couple of small issues… ie hair dryer not working were sorted very quickly. 30 minutes walk to Duomo. Tea/ coffee and water in fridge

Occasional noise at night from lift

The apartment is well located, near Metro and several very good restaurants. It is well fitted out, very clean and very important... It was warm as the weather was very cold. The rental Company kept in touch and were very helpful. Very good base in Milan.

In one of the rooms there is a little noise from the street... But with the window closed it's not a problem.

Excellent location in walking distance to Brera and in a chic area. Also in walking distance to the train to Malpensa airport. It has an elevator which was great. Excellent contact with Milan Apartments office always available and helpful including great recommendations.

Small issues -Though it was a non smoking appt the central area felt like someone smoked there in the past and the smell didn’t go away. The bedroom’s were fine and didn’t have that problem . They have an option to leave luggage in their central office which is nice but it is not in walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is well located, extremely clean and the hosts provide several quality amenities. I like the fact that there was an abundance of tea bags, coffee capsules and cookies - no cost cutting. The location is great with several restaurants and shopping options in the neighbourhood.

The location is excellent, very close to the train station and metro. Numerous good restaurants and stores are nearby. The apartment is well furnished with a nice kitchen.

There is little to dislike. Because the location is in a bustling area, there is some street noise in the middle of the night.

We found the apartment to be large, clean and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a central location near to the train station, shopping, restaurants, etc. Communication with the property owner was outstanding and they accommodated our needs. I would recommend staying here for a stay in Milan.

Couldn’t stay longer!

We liked the accessibility to security and location of the appartment. Easy access to shops and train station.

The noise level was very high due to the bars and restaurants downstairs/close by. The loud music and the emptying of bins at 4am by the council were excessive. The couch was not comfortable and needs to be replaced as it is totally worn out. There are 3 bins in the kitchen which need to be labelled. We couldn't adjust the heating as it was pre-set. (in our case it wasn`t warm enough)
