Its modern and specious space the rooms ..and the smell so good in the whole hotel…and its great for families with kids.

They didn’t help me with the trip that am planning for it ..i did it by my self and booked the taxi for our trip.

I just wish that all the bathrooms have hose because we rented 3 separate rooms and only one had a hose in the bathroom

I had an exceptional stay at Milano Verticale. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—always helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. The property itself is stunning: modern, elegant, and incredibly well maintained. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Everything about our experience—from check-in to check-out—was smooth and effortless, thanks to the professionalism and warmth of the team. It's clear that great care is taken to ensure every guest feels valued. Milano Verticale is more than just a hotel—it’s a true hospitality experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Milan.

The hotel experience overall was so fantastic, it is so clean, most of the furniture was almost as good as new. The night shift staff were awesome especially Fareed he is super helpful and supportive. The breakfast was fantastic and so good, we toured 3 countries in Europe and stayed in 6 different hotels Milano Verticale wins for the best breakfast we tasted in Europe so far, and the restaurant staff were super nice, friendly and helpful since we are Muslims and only eat halal food they gladly provided us with many meals out of their menu and buffet.

The room service was poor o compared to same rated stars hotels in the Middle East, but in Milan I suppose it was decent. The parking fees is so expensive for hotel residents, but after many negotiations with the parking management I reached out to a normal fee which was 25 euros per day. We had an issue with the AC for the first two nights and the did not fix it until day 3. Some of hotel management staff were so arrogant and a little bit rude to me when I’m asking them for better service, it felt like I’m asking them personally!!! This really made me hate the hotel but the staff themselves were awesome.

STAFF: the staff we interacted with were absolutely amazing. From the lovely young gentleman who checked us in (and whose kind gesture made our stay), to the bellhops to the sweet young lady who checked us out to the restaurant host who greeted us with a smile on his face every morning. Management did an excellent job in choosing their staff. HOTEL ROOM: well furnished (and newly furnished by the looks of it) suite with comfortable beds/bedding, shower facilities and toilet facilities (including the bidet). LOCATION: the hotel is located within walking distance of restaurants, some clothing shops and is not too far away from the city centre.

The stay was really good. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Receptionists Mr. Marco and Mr. Farid were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The staff at the restaurant were also very polite and attentive, providing excellent service during meals. The location is excellent—close to many great restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets, which made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience

The Air Conditioning wassn't strong enough and it couldn't be adjusted from the room. We had to ask the reception to lower the temperature from their side. The smart TV does not have a built in Netflix. It can show Netflix using Google Cast, but the Google Cast did not work and hotel personal couldn't made it work. The side that points to the city view is loud since there is a noisy train downstairs. If you shut down all windows, the room is quite.

Great hotel in a great location. Located in a modern district. A few steps from the metro station and also not far from the Milano Centrale station. Within a 20-minute walk you can safely reach the Duomo or other main attractions of Milan. Comfortable and well-equipped rooms, spacious and clean. Large bathroom. Daily service. View from the window on the 8th floor of the modern buildings in the area. Hotel staff very nice and friendly. The breakfast selection is very large and the meals are delicious. I recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience.
